“As an Ambassador, this hotel has the best service around. We have stayed 4 times here in different years and each time the service is impeccable. Each staff member around the hotel takes great pride in what they do, great attitudes and it shows. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and easy access to the hotel amenities and the Marriott Cancun next door. Absolutely my favorite hotel on the strip. I will definitely be back again. Thank you all for a wonderful experience....again. Kudos to all and management, please award them all with something. Even just a thank you from the Marriott family to themselves.”

“Below average for JW brand. Thought I was staying at Hampton Inn for this type of hotel. Close to beach, and wonderful views. A couple of the restaurants were very good. However, very uncomfortable bedding, threadbare furniture. Malfunctioning elevators. Constant construction noise and jackhammer vibrations on our floor.. The tour company in the shopping area is only recommended if you want to be extorted out of money for souvenirs and poor experience.”
