Welcome to Europamundo! Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travelers.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: City tour of Rome. Night transfer to Trastevere area.
We will enjoy a panoramic tour to give you an introduction to the Eternal City, finishing at St Peter’s in the Vatican, where you will be able to visit the Basilica and museums. In the evening, we transfer to the Trastévere, the busy city district well known for its typical restaurants. Return to hotel.

TODAY’S HIGLIGHTS: Tour with a local expert from Florence. View from Piazzale Michelangelo.
We will leave Rome, heading north. This route is graced with beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in FLORENCE, we head straight to Piazzale Michelangelo, an impressive site in the city and then we provide a panoramic tour with a local expert and walk through the historic center. In the afternoon, we recommend a visit to its famous markets. Florence is one of the most recommendable Italian cities for shopping or for visiting any of its important museums.
We will leave Rome, heading north. This route is graced with beautiful landscapes. Salimos siguiendo el valle del Po hacia Suiza. Etapa de gran belleza paisajística entrando en la región de los lagos Alpinos. LUGANO, tiempo para almorzar y pasear por la capital de la región Suiza de habla Italiana, a la orilla del gran lago. Tras la hora del almuerzo cruzamos los Alpes por el túnel de San Gotardo. LUCERNA, llegada a media tarde. Tiempo para conocer esta hermosísima ciudad Suiza a la orilla del lago de los cuatro cantones. ZURICH, llegada al final de la tarde, un paseo junto a su lago.
Day 7 - Zurich-Berna -Paris

Entre colinas viajamos a BERNA, capital de la confederación helvética y extraordinaria ciudad medieval. Tiempo para pasear y almorzar. Al comienzo de la tarde viajamos a Francia; hermosos paisajes de lagos y en el Franco-Condado. PARIS llegada al final del día.

Incluimos un traslado al Palacio de Versalles. Podrá pasear por sus hermosos jardines o visitar su interior si lo desea. Iremos tras ello al barrio bohemio de Montmartre, con sus artistas al aire libre y sus pequeños restaurantes. Tiempo para almorzar y continuación con visita panorámica de París con guía local. Regreso al hotel. Opcionalmente podrá asistir a algún espectáculo de variedades.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Eiffel Tower and boat cruise in the City of Lights. Rouen historic center.
We go to the center of Paris, starting by the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket included). Then, we enjoy a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.
Note: Sometimes queues to climb the Eiffel Tower are long. For organizational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different moment of the day.
At around 17:30h we will leave Paris for the Loire Valley. We will arrive in TOURS, regional capital of the Loire, in the late afternoon. We recommend you use your time here to take a stroll and dine in the beautiful historic downtown.

Today we will travel to the south of France across fragrant vineyards. We arrive in BORDEAUX whose town centre was declared a World Heritage Site. Here we will have time to have lunch and explore. We suggest that you visit the Port of the Moon and St Andrew’s Cathedral. We will then continue our trip and head towards the Pyrenees. LOURDES, arrival in the late afternoon. You can attend the candle procession (which takes place from late March until the end of October) and visit places of worship. We include the dinner at the hotel for all of our passengers.

Skirting the Pyrenees, we will stop in SAINT BERTRAND, a medieval village perched on the mountainside, dominated by its great cathedral. Time for a stroll before travelling on to CARCASSONNE, a city surrounded by beautiful walls. We continue through the Pyrenees on a journey between the, often, snow-capped summits, and cross into the small country of ANDORRA. Dinner included.

We will have free time in ANDORRA for shopping and exploring. After lunch, we will continue our trip and head to Catalonia. The mountain countryside leads us to the impressive site of the MONTSERRAT MONASTERY, where you will go up the mountain on a rack train to see its fantastic scenery. Following this we will continue to BARCELONA, arriving in the late afternoon.
We will have free time in ANDORRA for shopping and exploring. After lunch, we will continue our trip and head to Catalonia. The mountain countryside leads us to the impressive site of the MONTSERRAT MONASTERY, where you will go up the mountain on a rack train to see its fantastic scenery. Following this we will continue to BARCELONA, arriving in the late afternoon.

Por la mañana incluimos una visita panorámica de la ciudad condal, considerada como una de las capitales europeas más interesantes, abierta al mar Mediterráneo, afamada por Gaudí y por su arquitectura modernista sin olvidar sus ramblas y los recuerdos de las Exposiciones Universales y olimpiadas que allí tuvieron lugar. Tarde libre. Por la noche incluimos un traslado para poder cenar y asistir al espectáculo de la Fuente Mágica de Montjuich, con sus ritmos de luz, colores, agua y música.
Nota: en caso de tener el traslado a la Fuente Mágica un día que por mantenimiento o cualquier otra razón el espectáculo no se realice, el traslado nocturno se dará al Maremagnum, vanguardista centro de ocio y restaurantes junto al mar y la Plaza Colón.

Day 14 - Barcelona - Peniscola - Valencia - Madrid

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Peniscola, Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences. Evening transfer in Madrid.
We will journey south along the Mediterranean, making a special stop in PENISCOLA, a small walled town on the shores of the sea and where we have time for a stroll. We will then travel to VALENCIA, the third largest city in Spain. After time for lunch in its historic city center, at 16.30hrs, we will continue our route to Madrid after passing through the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia where we can take a picture. Arrival to MADRID at the end of the day and transfer to the Plaza Mayor where we can relax at some typical taverns.
Note: Depending on the number of passengers, the journey between Valencia and Madrid may be done by high-speed train.
