Never go here ! They just scammed me for almost 1000 EUR. They refused to cancel and we agreed to move the booking. Not they refuse to do it and worse : the manager Kyra us lying, telling I needed to answer her. When I prove her by screenshots that « no » , she just tell « I can’t do anything » So never go to this hotel, it’s not a 5 star hotel but a one day scam !

It’s our first time to stay in Andaz, it was a pleasant stay.💫 There was some issues at first regarding the food in the restaurant, the service and the room. However, the guest manager listened to our concerns and tried her best to ensure we had a nice stay at the end, which we appreciate that. There are also many good points of the hotel, including a stylish interior, cosy garden, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and much more🥰 We also enjoyed the massage package, the spa and the canal view of the city in the room. We are planning to visit Amsterdam very soon and will be back to Andaz.

This was our first trip to Amsterdam and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, the level of service was top notch. We arrived very early but we only had to wait a few minutes to get a room. Hotel employees helped us retrieve our luggage from the car and took it up to our room for us. In the room, our two dogs were provided with beds, bowls, and food. The entire property is dog friendly so the dogs were even allowed to eat dinner with us in the hotel restaurant. Throughout our stay, every employee was kind and helpful and never became impatient when we asked a lot of questions. On the day that we checked out, they stored our luggage for us so that we could spend some more time in the city and then put the luggage in the car for us when we were ready to leave. We will only stay in this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. It's beautiful and in the perfect location. Highly recommend!

Our family was so pleased with the quality of service at the hotel that a 5* review would not be enough. The front desk host Leo went out of his way to make our visit to Amsterdam remarkable. All of the suggestions from the private boat canal cruise to walking routes and dinner reservations where absolutely perfection. We will definitely come to this hotel in the future and enjoy the hospitality.

We stayed on the canal side and had amazing views. The staff made my birthday visit very special - flowers, fruit, and chocolate waiting in the room. I'm already planning my return trip. Staff was very helpful on restaurant suggestions and activity ideas. The rooms are interesting but very cool. I love the library/Alice and Wonderland feel of the whole hotel. Can't wait to return!
