Hotel maravilhoso, digno de uma constelação inteira!! Um dos melhores que já me hospedei! Serviço irretocável e quartos maravilhosos !!! Super-hiper bem localizado, o Boscolo Belini encanta por diversos aspectos, principalmente em como se tratar um hóspede!! Decoração ímpar e um café da manha sensacional! esqueci meus casacos no hotel e eles ainda me mandaram para onde fiquei hospedada em londres!! TOP!! super indico a todos!!

Very easy to reach from the bus stop when coming from the airport. Located in a nice building. Rooms are very comfortable. Great place to stay and start your walks around the city

Remember this is central venice so rooms might seem smaller than uour used too, but they are very comfortable. Hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's ideally placed for everything.

Pagué por anticipado una habitación mediante booking.com, y en el hotel me decían que no tenían esa reserva en su sistema y que no podían hacer nada. Después de dos horas de pedir que consultaran con booking y de muy mala manera me terminaron dando la habitación, para luego confirmarme que era problema de su sistema. El personal es muy maleducado, para nada profesional, y el servicio malísimo. El hotel carísimo para lo que ofrece. Todo horrible. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

Hotel limpio y bien situado. Cerca de la estación de tren. Personal muy amable. El desayuno correcto sin grandes lujos. Un placer subir en el ascensor más lento del mundo( casi 40 segundos en subir 4 pisos). Cerca del hotel hay bares, tiendas, restaurantes y supermercado. Volveré sin dudarlo.

A nice room with a double bed, and nice view of the canal. Angela at the receptionist is particularly nice and helpful with places/restaurants recommendations. However, the down side that could play a big part is the air-con which can only be set at 26 degrees max, and I have to say any shops in the city can even do better than that! We couldn’t sleep nor cover ourselves with the winter duvet that were given, and had to have the window open for some air! But then the mosquitoes came in!! Within 3 nights of the stay, I already had about 30 bites all over my arms and legs! I asked the staff at the reception desk for a fan or a summer blanket so at least I could cover myself without sweating as well as keeping the mosquitoes from biting and he said the AC is working so I wasn’t allowed to have a fan (as if I was too demanding?), and he only gave me a little mosquito device thing and hoped for the best. I have to say I hadn’t had any good night sleep during the stay but the mosquito bites all over my body instead that I had to go to the pharmacy for a cream. The staff at the reception had no sense of understanding and rejected the fan or a blanket/sheet. I have a feeling the restrictions on the AC temperature and fan is something to do with the electricity cost control of the hotel. If you are coming in a warm period, I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel.

So you pay around 250 euro for a night în this hotel and you get a bathroom with soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and a USED shower cap. Awesome right?! No other amenities in the room. There was a paper in the room which said if you need more amenities you can ask for them. Seriously? At a four star hotel? We stayed there with a one year and a half kid. They had no baby chair. First time i heard that at a hotel. Breakfast was dissapointing. Two types of cheese, two types of ham and one type o salami. Very raw omlet, biled eggs, tomatos, cucumber, butter and some spread cheese, pastry, some cakes and some weird yogurth. The coffee was dissapointing aswell. That's breakfast. În the first morning there was no water at breakfast.Seriously, i am sure you can find a better hotel than this one. I totally do not recommend it!

Estratégica ubicación en uno de los extremos del Gran Canal, al lado de la estación de tren de Santa Lucía, lo cual ayuda mucho si piensas tomar Venecia de base para escapadas de día en tren a Verona, Ferrara, Bolonia, etc. Al lado del vaporetto, andando se llega bien a cualquier parte. Habitación cómoda y limpia, aunque en la mía olía un poco a tubería cuando llegaba por la noche. Personal amable y desayuno buffet correcto, sin ser nada del otro mundo pero, teniendo en cuenta los precios que se gastan en Venecia, tener este desayuno por 12,50€, se agradece.

Close to train station, if you are arriving that way, short walk, no bridges to cross with your luggage.Also, very close ro the ferry ⛴️ stops to get you around the rest of the city.Offered an excellentbreakfast selection. Staff courteous,friendly, and informative.

I travelled to Venice on a beautiful spring day. Paid 230 euros (250$) for one night in this hotel. They gave me a dumpster for a room (literally the windows opened to a dumpster). As soon as I got into the room I realized that the air is so damp and hot. The weather outside was amazing, so I opened the window but as soon as I did so, an army of mosquitoes flooded in and I got bitten everywhere. So I had to close the window and tried turning the A/C on, but it did not work because Italian regulations do not permit air conditioning until summer (this is what the hotel said). I got downstairs to talk to the reception desk and find a solution. They were unfriendly and aggressive. Refused to change the room and gave me one of those electro-chemical odorous mosquito repellents that did not help with mosquitoes but gave me a headache. I could not sleep through the night because of the mosquito bites and the terrible air in the room. Feeling tricked and fooled after paying 250$ on this 4-star dumpster in Venice, as the minimum expectation at a 4-star hotel would be to able to sleep!

NO ES UN NH¡ ES HOTEL BELLINI. Está en OBRAS¡ Es una información que deberían de dar en booking y en la reserva, ya que reservas un NH, No un Hotel diferente, que se va a convertir en un NH. Es el hotel Bellini, muy decadente, con muebles con golpes, televisor, que parece más una pantalla de ordenador de hace 20 años. Ascensor destrozado. No hay zona de estar, porque está todo en obras a día 6 de Febrero del 2022. Este hotel no debería estar abierto en estas condiciones. Hay un NH de verdad cerca, por el mismo precio. Y los hay con menos estrellas en Venecia en mejores condiciones. Lo único que tiene de NH este hotel son las toallas y el jabón. No sé como la firma NH permite esto. - Entrada y lobby en obras. Ascensor lleno de golpes, arañazos, viejo y desgastado. Habitación no se corresponde con la foto. Suelo de moqueta vieja, descosida. Cama mal calzada, suena a muelle viejo cada vez que te mueves y el colchón está mas desgastado en el lado derecho que en el izquierdo. Televisor más del tipo pantalla de ordenador de hace 20 años. - Muebles golpeados y machacados - Selector de temperatura de bomba de calor super antiguo que solo funciona en modo calor. Taza del bater suelta, desgastada. En las fotos de la web se ven habitaciones estilo veneciano renovadas, con tarima, etc. NO FUE NUESTRO CASO. Muy decepcionados. En la fachada pone Hotel Bellini, en la wifi es Bellini, en la contraseña es Bellini, en todos lados. Menos en un stand publicitario que pone NH y en las toallas. Viajas a Venecia buscando una experiencia inolvidable y empiezas con esta mala experiencia. QUE ESTA EN OBRAS, QUE LO ANUNCIEN EN BOOKING, Y SI ALGUIEN QUIERE PAGAR UN 4 **** POR UN HOTEL VIEJO CON MALA REPUTACION EN OBRAS; QUE LO HAGA BAJO CONOCIMIENTO. ESTAFA.

El personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado junto a la estacion de tren y al terminal maritimo ruta 2 y ruta nocturna que va hasta puente rialto. Las habitaciones muy limpias el hotel te permite dejar tus maletas antes y despues de la entrada y salida

Hotel muy bien situado. Recepcionista muy amable, simpático y servicial. Desayuno con servicio covid. Está en reformas ahora mismo y entiendo que en breve parecerá mas un nh porque ahora no lo parece. La habitación estilo veneciano pero anticuada...puede mejorar para ser un 4 estrellas. No indica el nombre del hotel en la calle, pone Hotel Bellini y puede llevar a confusión.

Basic run of the mill Italian hotel. Boasts wifi, but no one can log into it. The air conditioning is horrible, it only June and I'm sweating in my room standing still. The elevator is archaic and slow. The rooms are tiny and the website is deceptive. How this place rates 4 stars is beyond me. I have stayed at 2 star hotels and been more comfortable. I paid for premium room. If this is what's considered premium, I guess the standard rooms must be broom closets full of rodents and insects.
