“Breakfast is good. We got off our Uber, a door man helped me with luggage and put them on cart. Reception gave me a key and hurried me to get to room, said a porter will send luggage to my room. 20 min later, no one showed up. I called reception- no answer. I’d like to point out I just got out of 4 days rainforests and jungle and mud and mosquito trip with only cold Amazon river water shower and stinky hair. All I need is my things - dry clothes and cleansing products. It’s midnight I was tired and filthy. I went down and noticed the reception was yelled at by a lady. And door man/ porter already disappeared.”
