“Service is impeccable. The welcome cookies were delicious as always. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable as well. The room was superb. It's really clean, spacious and comfortable. It's attached to a mall, so it's convenient to just head downstairs to buy food or stuff we need. There's plenty of food nearby that's a walking distance too.”

“The location is great. The room is big and spacious. The buffet spread is lavish with Malay, Chinese, Cold Cuts, Indian, and whatnot. It will actually take you a bit of time to figure out what to eat. The staff is courteous and helpful. Warm cookies were given at the time of check-in. Nothing to complain about as such. Since the hotel is located inside the Intermark Mall, there are a lot of eating options, grocery store, and even a pharmacy store. Disliked · The extra tray charges (around 5 RM) for in-room dining should be waived off. Not everything has to be charged always. At least on moral and humanitarian grounds. Hence, the 4-stars rating.”
