“The hotel is in renovations even thought the service waa great and we were given a room on the first floor, late check in, night staff very attentive and helpful. We asked for a couple of amenities and were delivered really fast. Rooms were new and at the same time classic. Interesting style. (Bathrobes really comfortable). Underground just 5-10 min by walk from the hotel. That morning I did not have the chance to try the breakfast but when I pass by the food looked great and the staff members were really friendly. Hope to see you soon once you finish with the renovations before! Thank you for the cookies!”

“The hotel is being refurbished so not all is smooth, but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were problems with the air con and windows in the room, but if you ask they will move you to a room that has been re-done and it should work fine. The location is very good for places to eat and the museums are a few minutes walk away.”
