“We stayed at Harrah’s on the Strip December 4-8, 2022. We stayed in a Mountainview room with a King bed, facing north, overlooking the roof of the casino. So, not much of a view…! We had booked daily housekeeping, but on the second day no one came. When we got back to the hotel that evening, we had to call down for more towels which were brought up quickly. Other than that, our stay was good. The room was clean and newly renovated. I found it a bit odd that the only closet was in the washroom, so we had to hang our sweaters and jackets beside the shower. Also, there was no vent in the bathroom. The Fulton Street Food Hall food court in the lobby had good breakfast options every day, and we had great pizza there one day for lunch. Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, no matter how busy they were - and they were always quite busy. The hotel is in a great location on the Strip with a bus stop right out front although we walked most of the Strip from there. We had an enjoyable stay. Thanks Harrah’s!”
