“We stayed here for 5 days the end of February 2021/ beginning of March 2021. While the grounds were beautiful, the room, food and amenities were extremely lacking. Of all the activities posted in the lobby, we only saw water aerobics in the ocean a couple days and yoga on the pier once. No one ever got in the pools because the water was so cold. The buffet featured the same exact menu every single day. Our room was much smaller than anticipated. David was the best employee we interacted with. He was quick to take care of us... and always with a smile. Many others were short and rude. Not what we expected at a Caribbean island resort. All in all we enjoyed the island and the low key vacation, but if we every returned to the Dominican Republic, we would not stay here again.”

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa no hotel! O quarto é excepcional e a equipe sempre solicita. Bebidas boas e várias opções de restaurantes. O hotel une tranquilidade e diversão. A animação é excepcional. As festas tops..O animador Chocolate é sua equipe é maravilhosa. Acredito que atende todos os gostos. Voltaríamos com certeza!!

fomos muito bem recebidos desde o inicio com o funcionário da reseção brincando connosco, depois nos restaurantes que fomos a comido era muito boa e havia sempre musica e animação ao redor, gostamos muito das piscinas que eram 😃muitos grandes os quartos tambem são otímos, os bartenders sempre a fazer o trabalho o mais bem e rapido possível. Estou a gostar muito da 😄experiência por causa da animação, com muitas atividades, houve um show do michael jackson que nos entretia e tambem vai haver karaoke onde todos 😃podem participar. conheci tambem o animador chocolate e foi muito simpático e o amei os cocktails do bar tiki tiki feitos pelo alberto e natalia.sem duvidas voltaria a este hotel impresssive pela personalidade dos animadores e tudo oque há aqui.

Todo genial fue un lugar muy bonito para pasarla bien en familia las atenciones yel servicios es excelentes. Las habitaciones muy linda y organizadas. Las bebidas del bar muy buenas con mucha variedades muy rico. Y lo que más me gusto animación son excelentes en especial gasolina muy amable y siempre pendiente a todo. Lo mejor fue la fiesta de electrodroms muchas diversión, bailes y fiesta, la música muy buena fuegenial sin duda algunas volveremos a este maravilloso lugar lo recomiendo 100%👍😉

This whole trip was amazing. The restaurants have very good food and a big variety of different cuisines. The staff is so friendly and fun! You feel immediately welcomed banana The beach is very clean and there is a section only for premium guests. Which is nice. There you also get the good alcohol 😉 Every night is something going on and it’s never boring.

El personal en general muy agradable y la seguridad que entrega el hotel en la playa es muy buena. La comida es muy rica cambiaría nada. Espero volver muy pronto.

We had an amazing trip to Punta Cana!! The Entertainment staff was phenomenal! They always had a fun activity planned for us to do. We especially loved the foam beach party and the yoga classes on the beautiful pier. The staff spoke great English to us and always found ways to accommodate us during our stay. We especially loved Gasolina and Carmelo because they were always the entertainment staff to get us up on our feet and come out of our comfort zones during the different activities at the resort. We’ve loved every minute of our time here at Impressive Punta Cana and we can’t wait to come back!

Um local para quem quer descansar e paga, não irá ter descanso devido a: As pessoas vêem-te como uma mina de ouro, chateiam-te até você comprar algo, isto é constante. Seja a caminho do quarto, seja na praia, seja onde for. As pessoas do bar da piscina não são simpáticas. A piscina não sei se é desinfetada, é suja nos azulejos e a água é peganhenta quando se sai. Os trabalhadores do bar da piscina ignoram-te bastante e nunca há bebidas, então porque existe um bar? E só atendem quem querem dentro da piscina, é vergonhoso, pelo tom de pele ou pelos atributos. Nos quartos vão buscar toalhas a outros quartos para substituir, apanhei uma com sangue, as águas esquecem-se de as repor, o champô é detergente da louça e para dormir com o barulho dos ares condicionados é esgotante, já para não falar que as nossas tomadas do quarto não funcionavam. No Restaurante, andei todos os dias mal do organismo, minutos com o prato na mão à espera de lugar e as bebidas era raro virem trazer o que lhes foi pedido. Queres comer algo? A única vantagem é as pizzas até às 3h da manhã e vais para o quarto comer. O passeio à capital não valeu a pena! É um Risorte que nunca irei indicar a alguém, no 2º dia já queríamos vir embora e ouvi muita gente a reclamar sobre isso. Se chove, acabou, não há nada para fazer, a não ser estares no quarto à espera que pare de chover, não existe espaço suficiente para uma multidão poder estar confortável. Isso está mal organizado, assim como, aquantidade de mesas para se servir à refeição.A única vantagem é que os quartos parecem minimamente limpos e a praia tem uma temperatura óptima, mas atenção a praia não é como nas fotografias, tem imensas algas. E o nosso guia (senhor) foi muito bom, o único que não nos mostrou interesse constante para pagarmos algo.Uma viagem para não voltar. Paguei para não ter um dia tranquilo.

Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o momento em que chegamos no check in. Os restaurantes são ótimos com comida de excelente qualidade e funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar. A diversidade dos bares bem como a simpatia dos bartenders, nomeadamente Alberto e Rayssa do Tiki Bar, tornam toda a experiência muito agradável, sempre muito solícitos e dispostos a trazer bebidas à zona da praia e da piscina. Surpreendeu muito pela positiva, com uma oferta de refeições e bebidas muito acima da média e ao nível de excelentes restaurantes. As atividades e animação são excelentes, com shows variados tanto de noite como de dia, o animador Chocolate tornou a experiência ainda melhor e mais divertida. A limpeza do resort e dos quartos é incrível. De louvar a simpatia de todo o staff e disponibilidade para ajudar em tudo.

Foi a nossa primeira vez em Punta Cana, escolhemos o hotel Impressive Premium pelas fotografias no site. Não podíamos estar mais satisfeitos com a nossa escolha.Desde a nossa chegada à recepção do hotel, onde tivemos direito a uma “welcome drink” à disponibilidade dos funcionários, e sua amabilidade. Sempre de sorriso na cara.O quarto muito cuidado, limpo, com menu de almofadas, toalhas de banho e roupão, café e mini bar.Os restaurantes são muito bons, para pulseiras Premium, há uma variedade de restaurantes à carta, com comida de muito boa qualidade, há também o buffet geral que tem sempre diferentes variedades de comida, e bebida e sempre tudo óptimo! A comida é mesmo excelente.No dia a dia. Temos na praia e piscinas os animadores, em especial o Chocolate, que sempre tem actividades e shows para animar os hóspedes durante o dia e noite, muito simpáticos e solícitos.Nos bares, o Alberto do Tiki bar da praia é espetacular, sempre com um sorriso a dar as bebidas que pedimos, sempre simpático e amável. As bebidas com muita variedade e muito bem feitas.É mesmo um resort 5 estrelas, e a relação preço qualidade não podia ser melhor.Não se arrependerá de passar aqui umas férias neste hotel magnífico. Ao fim de 2 dias parece que isto já é a sua casa.

Estuve en Impressive 5 días y la atención del personal de la recepción fue excelente. En los bares muy atentos y dan buen trato. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, con balcón y servicio a la misma. Me siento muy satisfecha con el trato y la atención de todo el personal. Las actividades en el hotel en general muy divertidas. We had an awesome stay at the impressive premium, the food was really good and we had a great view of the beach from our room! The entertainment is amazing specifically from Chocolate ♥️ We only spent a couple days but wish we spent more as the ambience was perfect as well as the amazing staff. Definitely recommend!The buffet was really awesome so many options as well as many different restaurants to chose from that would all be a la cartel, the grill and the Italian spot were the best! They have many different drinks to offer from and always make sure to keep you satisfied.

The hotel has been amazing since day one. The lobby is beautiful and the staff amazing. The staff was super attentive the moment we arrived and the service they provided was fast and easy. The bars have lots of tasty drinks and the service was also great and fast. The foods they served in the buffet were delicious and they had a great variety of things to try. The restaurants were also great. The staff was very entertaining and they made sure we always had something to drink and that we enjoyed our food. The night entertainment shows have also been great to watch especially with Chocolate. The staff made sure everyone had a great time and would also join us to dance. The ambiance was so uplifting and fun. They made sure everyone had a great time. I would definitely book with them again next time ! The scenery is beautiful and the beach breathtaking!

A internet do hotel falahava com muita frequência. A comida no restauranteera OK . Mas no geral preçonãocorrespondeu a qualidade . Este nãoé definitivamenteum hotek 5 estrelas. Ha muito melhoresem Punta Cana . Contudo a equipa de animaçãoera amistosa e simpática.o Animador Chocolate era muito simpático.. As 5 estrelas atribuidas foram apenas para a animação. O hotel tem uma recepção Premium muito boa e um concierge que ajuda em absolutamente tudo: desde dúvidas, agendamento dos restaurantes a testes de Covid. Ter seu contato pessoal faz da hospedagem algo seguro e confortável.Sobre as acomodações, camas maiores, tipo queen ou king, são bem-vindas, sobretudo por se tratar de uma área sobretudo para casais que podem querer também viver sua lua de mel no hotel. As camas tradicionais de casal são muito pequenas. O Premium, por pagar mais, merece ter uma diferenciação também nos quartos. Ah, faltou o oferecimento de Kit Dental - que é bem comum em todos os hotéis.Sobre as atividades de entretenimento, a equipe é fantástico: jogos, danças, exercício aeróbicos, funcionais, yoga… tudo!! Trazem animação para todos os dias. Destaco o Chocolate o Caramelo! Eles são super atenciosos.Sobre a comida, há uma grande variedade no Buffet principal. Contudo, o buffet do Premium deixa muito a desejar: não adianta um buffet exclusivo que não entrega minimamente o que o buffet principal oferece. Pagamos a mais inclusive acreditando ter acesso a um Buffet igual ou melhor. (No final, temos que nos deslocar ao Buffet de acesso a todos, para uma completa experiência de café da manhã, almoço e jantar).Sobre os drinks e bebidas, o bar do Premium é de fato o melhor! Inclusive, destaco a Nathalie e o Alberto, do bar da praia, por fazerem os melhores drinks em relação a todos os pontos de bares, assim como dos restaurantes. O serviço de garçom (camarero) na praia Premium é bem atencioso e prestativo. Contudo, a equipe é ainda pequena: acredito que pelos 3 camareros sejam necessários para atender a todos, todo o tempo. A falta de cinzeiro na praia também não ajuda na manutenção da limpeza da areia; há muitas bitucas de cigarro espalhas.Sobe a limpeza dos quartos, excelente. Cuidado com o jardim (garden) é também de impressionar. Contudo, acredito que a equipe de limpeza responsável pelos banheiros espalhados pelo hotel, que podem ser utilizados por todos, precisa ser bem maior que a atual. A limpeza não estava muito boa, pela quantidade de banheiros versus a quantidade de pessoas na equipe de limpeza. Sugiro também a utilização de velas ou aromatizador para mantê-los sempre cheirosos (precisam de um “oler” melhor), o que também traz a sensação de limpeza todo o tempo.

Las dos estrellas son exclusivamente para los responsables del hotel. Disponen de un equipo de trabajo excelente, desde animación, cocina, mantenimiento, limpieza, etc. Pero se sobreentiende que no pretenden invertir en el mantenimiento o renovación de las habitaciones. En mi estadía de 7 noches me tuvieron que cambiar 4 veces de habitación, dos no tenían agua caliente, una no tenía aire acondicionado, la otra llovía el techo sobre la cama y la última tenía problemas para que el agua saliera. Invito a los responsables a aprovechar su equipo de trabajo y sumarse al trabajo que ellos hacen día a día para dar un servicio de calidad.

I loved every second of the trip, each of the animators was phenomenal, Barbie(Tania) in particular! An animator that truly stood out to me was Chocolate, always a good energy at the disco and always had a way to cheer up the crowd and make us laugh! Overall the trip was great, and the people here made it even better. Nothing but love and respect all way around. The service was also truly something to right home about, always on time with requests and needs. The reception was great as well, they treated us with patience and with alot of transparency about all the things there are to do over here. The events were also very fun, most of them stemming from physically active games which were all very fun. Dancing, drinking games, and exciting competitions, all of it was great. The food and drinks were amazing! The drinks were some of the best I’ve ever had, the bartenders are truly talented. The chefs too, they never seemed to disappoint, all of the food was delicious. The buffet is always serving amazing food even late at night after people go clubbing. I know i mentioned this earlier in the review but i cannot stress it enough, the animators are the life of the party and do so much for the resort experience. Go to this resort and enjoy your time in paradise!

Todo genial. El personal muy atento y cualquier problema que tienes te lo resuelven al instante. Están pendientes en todo momento El personal de animación también estupendo. Animan a todo el mundo a participar en las actividades y son muy entretenidas. Hacen muchas cosas. No hay tiempo de aburrirse El tema de las comidas y bebidas también genial. resort was absolutely well- maintained and amazing. The room was very clean, very comfortable and well supplied with bottled water, pops, coffee and tea. The staff in the property were all great.The drinks were AWESOME!Chocolate is the BEST! Such a lively animator and dancer, we had so much fun with him!The food servers were so good, Alvaro to name one. The massage therapist, Martha was very accommodating and massaged my feet excellently. So i had a massage twice for the 5 days we were in the resort.The food was exceptionally good from breakfast to dinner. Lots of food selection and varied everyday. If given the chance again, i will go back to the resort. All the employees were masked.

A la llegada al hotel nos dijeron que la ocupación estaba al 100% y que no podíamos alojarnos después de haber hecho 4 horas de viaje y siendo las 9 de la noche. El chico de la puerta muy agradable ya que me dejó hablar con el de recepción por el teléfono. Sin embargo, mi enfado llegó cuando el chico solo me daba como solución irme a otro hotel y me colgó el teléfono de la garita de seguridad. Finalmente, gracias a que tenía un familiar alojado en el hotel, él pudo contactar con el supervisor, solucionaron el error y pudimos entrar. Si no llega a ser por esto, nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle y sin alojamiento.

Desde que llegué a Impressive Punta Cana fue una experiencia hermosa, la pasamos muy bien. Los chicos de animación eran muy buenos Shocolatee, Banana y Barbie excelente trabajo tenían una onda genial nos divertimos muchísimo. La comida era deliciosa, los tragos muy buenos. Bares y restaurantes fueron un servicio excelente. Todos los personales muy amables, atentos y respetuosos. Sin lugar a dudas Lo recomiendo totalmente vamos a volver en otra oportunidad 🙌🏻💫

Estuvimos 10 días en el Impressive , el cual Fue una gran experiencia en atención.Hay muchas actividades dirías, tales Como degustaciones de países, Bailes y fiestas etc.Los animadores “ Chocolate y Banana” aparte de ser acogedores están 100% preocupados de que se pase excelente.Habitación , playa , piscina son muy buenas. Mucha área verde y conectados con la naturaleza.Solo se debe mejorar la atención de los bares.Pero lo recomiendo al 100.

I waited a few days to leave this review to try to give a chance to the hotel and try to enjoy the best of our vacations I hated everything about this hotel except the beach 1. The check-in took 2 hours and I speak Spanish ! The staff was slow and kept trying to sell me their premium package (changed their price 3 times) 2. I would rate the taste of their food 2/10. There’s a buffet that is available to everyone but there’s always a lineup. If you are hungry, don’t have a reservation and the buffet is close. They have a snack bar that only serves pizza with flies sitting on them ! 3. Pools are closed after 6pm 4. Most staff aren’t going to give you a smile unless you tip them well 5. Only one bar is open all day and their drinks is the only thing that helped me enjoying this hotel 6. Their all inclusive is not really all-inclusive unless you get their premium package 7. Not much to do in the hotel after 6pm, since the pool is closed, most bars are closed, the snack bar only serves pizza. My recommandations for anyone considering their vacation in this hotel is don’t waste your money here. I would’ve preferred paying an extra 200$ to have a descent hotel or saving my money.

The entire resort is just amazing. A massive place, with lots of things to do, the entertainment team always does different things to keep the guests happy. One of the best restaurants is the japonise one, where the food is cooked in front of you . At the buffet you have plenty of choice, food is always fresh and plenty. The room was absolutely beautiful, with sea view and a jacuzzi, and Ana, out housekeeping lady, very attentive and lovely. Huge thanks to Maximo, out butler that took care of our reservations and always made sure we are taken cared of and happy. Will definitely be back. Banana ❤️

We love this resort. We were here in 2019 and 2020. We got engaged here last time and we are going back for our honey moon this year 2022. The check in process has always been fairly smooth. There is a little bit of a wait but honestly, when we go away we let go of the rushing around. Last time we had to wait for a few hours before we got our room but its not the end of the world. Grab a slice of pizza and drink and just relax. The rooms are super clean so is the rest of the resort. We prefer to go premium, I find the service a bit better, we enjoy the premium pool/bar, room service once in a while, wifi etc. The food I would say is a 7/10, I would suggest the buffet as I think it has a lot of options where the restaurants really weren't anything to special. The pizza bar I think is awesome! Tipping is a must, I think the service deserves it but also you will be treated better/faster. Julia Roberts in the premium lounge really made us feel welcome. and a tip to end this review - get up early to get a spot !

Não sei nem por onde começar a escrever meu relato de decepção. Fujam desse “resort” que de 5 estrelas não tem absolutamente nada! Fiquem 9 dias lá e depois do 3° dia não via a hora de voltar pra minha casa! Desde o primeiro momento tivemos supresa desagradáveis a começar pelo atendimento da recepção. Funcionários completamente indispostos a te ajudar. Tivemos um problema no nosso quarto e pra resolver tivemos que esperar (pasmem) 1h30 para conseguirmos falar com um funcionário na recepção, detalhe, a recepção estava vazia e não havia motivo pra tanta demora. Optamos pela opção de ficar no Premium, dinheiro literalmente rasgado! A comida é *terrível*, todos os dias as mesmas coisas, qualidade péssima, não houve 1 dia sequer que comi e não passei mal. Na opção premium eles disponibilizam reserva em restaurantes dentro do hotel, porém ninguém informa como reservar, onde ir, NADA. Tivemos que implorar e perder horas para conseguir essas informações. Quando fechamos o pacote all inclusive acreditávamos que bar e serviços de quarto seriam 24h, mais uma decepção pra conta. Os bares da piscina fecham as 18h e os serviços de quarto tem horário limite de funcionamento. Pouquíssimas opções de drink e os poucos existentes tem o mesmo gosto sempre. Eles fazem tanta propaganda do SPA, porém TUDO É PAGO, e não é barato não viu? 40 minutos de massagem 90 DÓLARES. Nosso quarto era com vista para o mar, todos os dias de manhã eles limpavam o sargassum que ficava na areia da praia e jogavam na frente do nosso quarto, ou seja, aquele cheiro absurdo de peixe no nosso nariz o dia inteiro, no banheiro tinha barata e quando ligávamos a jacuzzi o banheiro ficava com um cheiro de esgoto terrível!!! Ah, fora a péssima qualidade da água, saia do banho com a pele cheirando CLORO. Quando li as avaliações achei que era um pouco de exagero tantas reclamações mas vendo hoje tenho certeza de que nunca mais voltarei para esse show de horrores que chamam de resort.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel, the stuff were really nice, kind and funny! We stayed there for 11 days and had so much fun! There were a lot of animations on the beach, i mostly liked animator Banana, she’s the best and funniest, haha! The food at the main restaurant was super delicious, like wow! We made a friend - Chef De Leon, he was always super kind to us and everyone around :) We will definitely come back to this hotel many times!! Last but not least, cleaning was beyond all the expectations! They made everything look so comfortable and great looking! We really enjoyed our stay at the Impressive Premium Punta Cana, i highly recommend this place if you are planing to visit Republic Dominica!

Como classifico:Sinal Wi-Fi muito mau, num só local, no teatro e fraco…Preferível comprar à entrada um pacote 40 dólares para 3 aparelhos por 7 dias!Higiene aquém na restauração, mesas de refeição de mafeira e com sujidade entranhada com uma base permeável, por baixo das bases….leite, café, bolor, trocaram as mesas de refeição no hotel todo a meio da estadia, isto foi excelente!Toalhas de banho amareladas/encardidas mas lavadas, cortinados do quarto e colcha, no quarto onde ficamos, sujos…Os “detergentes” deixados no quarto não incluem amaciador! Também não há secador de cabelo, assim como foram só repostos 2xs em 7 dias!Comida sem alteração, os quentes não muito quentes e alguns frescos congelados… Nunca faltou comida!Não há bebidas nas máquinas viradas para os hóspedes, só água mas não sempre...e, garrafas às xs existem!Como não se deixa caução pelas toalhas de praia, recolhem aleatoriamente as toalhas às 17:00 mesmo q tenham livros em cima e, há hóspedes q ocupam 2 cadeiras de cada vez, uma ao sol outra à sombra!A arrumação dos quartos, no nosso, era sempre depois das 16:30 e nunca batiam à porta….tem de se deixar sempre dólares aí, vêm mais cedo e batem à porta...Parte positiva;Simpáticos,Acessíveis,Cama de casal grande e confortável, ar condicionado bem calibrado,Bar e cofre do quarto gratuitos,Animação diferente por cada dia,Animação na praia e na piscina agradáveis, Higiene e limpeza das instalações exteriores em excelentes condições;Praia limpa, piscinas limpas, cadeiras de praia e piscinas limpas,Não é preciso deixar caução pelas toalhas de praia.Conselhos se me é permitido tal! - terem caução nas toalhas de praia; - terem uma caixa em cada restauração, bar, bar de praia, para quem quisesse deixar grojeta, de modo a não agradar mais a quem "paga" na hora; - cobrarem um bocado mais na reserva mas disponibilizar wi-fi a todos os hóspedes em qualquer lugar; - as máquinas de bebidas terem bebidas.

Simplesmente perfeito!!!! Eu voltaria mais um milhão de vezes e ficaria neste resort. Comida MARAVILHOSA e com muita muita variedade! Drinks muito bons, vinhos também. Tudo que consta no all inclusive é bom, não provei nada além disso. Funcionários educados e animados, infraestrutura ótima. Ar condicionado ótimo, camas ótimas! A praia, ao contrário do que era antes, foi limpada e agora eles possuem um sistema de limpeza que retira as algas todos os dias várias vezes, então não fica incomodando e nem tem mau cheiro como diziam. O mar é simplesmente lindo. Os geotubos estão limpos, branquinhos e exercem bem seu papel. Não atrapalham em nada o usufruto do mar, por que foram posicionados em uma fileira vertical apenas. Mas caso queira uma praia sem nenhum geotubo ou bóia, ande três minutos pro lado que você acha! Melhor viagem DA VIDA. Nada a reclamar, só elogios!

Impressive hotel was an impressive experience (as its name). We were celebrating our second anniversary and decided to go there. This is a super great all inclusive option. Food at the buffet was amazing besides a few things that my husband would like to change (as more sugar on the juices, or crunchy hash browns) but in general food was really delicious and good quality. The cleaning in the room and all the areas in the hotel was nice. People always smiling and having such a positive and bright energy. Definitely the price is worth it. We would like to go again. They also have recreation, bachata dance classes, Zumba, bingo, karaoke night and more. It’s super cool to finish dinner and then go to the main living room to spend a good time. We had an inconvenience with a seller. Dominicans could be really insistent when selling staff to foreign people but it was not the hotel faults at all. You should go!!

Excelente hotel, las instalaciones super limpias, cumplían con todos los protocolos de seguridad. El personal super amable, siempre tenían una sonrisa o chistesillo para hacerte pasar un buen rato. En cuanto a la comida leí muchos comentarios negativos, pero la vd no estoy de acuerdo, en el buffet de los 30 platos que te ofrecen al día siguiente repiten 3 o 4, pero la sazón super rica y muy variada la comida. Quede fascinada con la atención y espero volver pronto

4 stars just because they had not too many personnel in the hotel for the amount of people. Eating was a disaster, too many people and just a few employees. Drinks are great in the Premium side, if you can pay for the premium don't buy the normal resort. Definitely I will give them a second chance. People who make this trip incredible: Juan in the Premium bar area, in the pool! Excellent person, very professional, excellent service!!! Julia Robert was just amazing in the Japanese restaurant 10/5 stars for those guys!

· Pasamos un buen fin de semana y voy a citar los PROs y CONs de este hotel en la actualidad segun la experiencia vivida: PRO - El hotel cuenta con excelente ubicacion y es muy facil llegar - Desde que llegamos nos fueron a buscar al parqueo en carro de golf y el personal de hotel nos trato sumamente bien - El personal se esmera por darte un buen servicio dentro de las limitaciones que tienen por la pandemia - Me encanto la habitacion, nos alojamos en el area premiun y cuando nos la entregaron esta tenia 2 camas en vez de una matrimonial pero esto fue rapidamente solucionado. Realmente los empleados se esmeran por tratarte bien y eso es sumamente notable. - En lo que se refiere a las medidas para frenar la propagacion del COVID-19 ellos cumplen muy bien las medidas, pues para acceder a todas las areas comunes del hotel debes tener mascarilla puesta y en los restaurantes buffet no puedes servirte tu mismo sino que hay un personal dedicado a esas labores. - Aunque el hotel no cuenta ahoramismo con animadores se esfuerzan por hacer una buena fiesta en el area del lobby en la cual lo pasamos fenomenal. Hay varios nombres de personas que recuerdo que hicieron hasta lo imposible para hacer nuestra estancia memorable: - Jose el Gerente de Bares - Julia en la recepcion premium - Los conductores de los carros de golf, todos se portaron super bien y son extremadamente serviciales - En el restauran buffet todos nos trataron muy bien destacando en la entrada del resturant a Grechy - En las camas balinesas un señor de origen Haitiano llamado Martin - En el bar premiun proximo a la playa Joanna (bar esmeralda) - En el bar premiun del lobby Brigny y Jose Miguel - Manny de SeaPro - Hay un nombre de una Sra. super cariñosa y servicial que siempre estaba o en el Sport Bar o en el buffet y creo que su nombre es Gloria. Para todos ellos mi profundo agradecimiento y felicitaciones.No gustó · CONS: - La animacion esta sumamente pobre, de hecho solo vimos a un animador en la playa al que apodan King Kong es muy posible que esto sea por la reduccion de costos debido a la pandemia pero es algo que afecta la diversion. - Las piscinas estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas el tema estuvo en que enlas piscinas no habia animacion y los bares estaban cerrados, lo cual resulta en puro aburrimiento y era notorio que los huespedes preferian estar en la playa en vez de la piscina. Imaginense una piscina donde no tengo ni bebidas ni animacion a mi alcanse, por esa razon siempre estaban desiertas. - En los bares premiun las bebidas estaban limitadas, por tanto, si te gusta tomar Johnny Walker Black label debes ir temprano al bar, pues las pocas botellas que colocaban se agotaban temprano y tampo vi Chivas Regal ni Dewars White Label 12 años, lo cual es comun en los bares prem

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. As a frequent visitor to the Dominican Republic I booked this hotel for 4 days with my wife with the expectation of repeating the enjoyment of our typical Dominican vacations. However in very short time we along with many others long list of complaints. To start of the check-in process was daunting. The crew at the front desk were not very organized not to mention unprofessional. Luckily we over came the language barrier as we both speak Spanish however it caused many delays for others. After a few minutes the front desk was able to find our reservations and directed us the the "Premium lounge" as we had paid EXTRA for a premium experience. Though the bartenders in the lounge were able to keep us entertained, the fast talking salesmen who do not take no for an answer became a nuisance immediately. There was no urgency from the check-in crew and before we knew it 2.5 hours had elapsed without being assigned a room. Finally we were approached by a representative that issued us an envelope with our room number scribbled on the outside and promptly sent us on our way with no explanation of the layout of the resort, where or when to eat, or how to schedule our covid test to return home. Upon arrival to our room it became apparent that the pictures used to advertise the room on the website did not match the room that we were in. We paid extra for a premium ocean view room but instead were greeted with the view and repulsive odor of an adjacent alleyway. The final straw was the food.... steer clear of the buffet. There were limited options and the food that was presented was definitely subpar to anything we have ever had while visiting the DR.

We Booked our Honeymoon Trip There and When we booked it We Stated wanted a room with a view of the ocean and their agent said He had a nice room with the ocean view. When we got their they put us in a room with out the view. And they started they didn't have the agent's name. So they played a game on us and I would not recommend this resort. We stayed here for 5 days the end of February 2021/ beginning of March 2021. While the grounds were beautiful, the room, food and amenities were extremely lacking. Of all the activities posted in the lobby, we only saw water aerobics in the ocean a couple days and yoga on the pier once. No one ever got in the pools because the water was so cold. The buffet featured the same exact menu every single day. Our room was much smaller than anticipated. David was the best employee we interacted with. He was quick to take care of us... and always with a smile. Many others were short and rude. Not what we expected at a Caribbean island resort. All in all we enjoyed the island and the low key vacation, but if we every returned to the Dominican Republic, we would not stay here again.

My husband and I just returned to America from a stay at this resort. It was phenomenal! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were nice and cleaned well every day, and the beach was breathtaking. Many bad reviews mention the food, but we found everything there to be delicious. The COVID precautions were good, and we felt very safe. The resort provided us with tests prior to our departure that were quick and painless. If you are questioning whether or not to book, just do it!

It was lovely here! Being for the first time in Punta Cana, this was definitely heaven for me. And all the employees are just angels, working so hard and always very cheerful, attentive and genuinely friendly like nowhere before. The balance between the nature and the constructions was great for such a location, and the fact that it is a smaller resort in comparison to the others around gives it a family feeling. Of course, 5 stars here are not 5 stars in Europe, but the overall experience is beyond great. The different restaurants - grill, Asian, French, Italian etc also gave it a nice flavor! Coronavirus measures were in place at all times and all the employees took it very seriously. Much appreciated the care they take of their guests! Hope to come here again soon! ❤️

Não é um hotel 5 estrelas JAMAIS! O resort é lindo, mas o serviço é muito ruim! A comida é sem tempero e em nada se assemelha a outros resorts caribenhos. Não tem ovo mexido, bacon, sucos naturais, feijão. A carne é gordurosa e de segunda qualidade. Liberam day use e o hoyel lota de locais e o atendimento piora ainda mais com filas pra tudo e pessoas mal educadas gritando, crianças jogando água em você de propósito, é bem sofrível e percebe-se um padrão bem baixo. Fiz upgrade pro premium pq prometeram atendimento melhor, e ai descobri que a piscina que seria exclusiva estava frequentada por qlq um, restaurante premium fechado, assim como outras áreas que seriam de uso exclusivo justamente pra evitar essas coisas. Economize e vá ao Hard Rock que ali sim será bem atendido.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. Very liked the hotel and the service. The food is delicious, however, they could add more variety.. Due to covid the hotel was only about 25% occupied, and it was perfect! I think with 100% occupancy it would be way too crowded

estive neste resort e na republica dominicana pela primeira vez em abril, e tenho a dizer que... adorei! acho que deviam apostar neste resort pois para mim foi uma experiencia otima. é muito grande, com varios restaurantes fantasticos com comida muito boa (o burger é o meu preferido) e sempre com algum sitio aberto para comer alguma coisa, tudo muito limpo, praia muito boa com paisagens lindissimas, mas o que mais adorei foi a cama... a cama mais fofinha e perfeita era so cair nela que adormecia que nem um bébé :D. O clima é otimo mas é preciso ter MUITO cuidado com o sol pois podem apanhar escaldoes bem fortes mesmo com camadas de protetor solar. Obrigada sunscape por estas ferias que nunca mais esquecerei!

We had an AMAZING time at the Impressive Resort in Punta Cana. This was our first trip to the DR and our first time at an all-inclusive resort. We were very impressed. We upgraded to premium and it was definitely worth it. You get treated much better, are given a better room with a view, have access to better pools, the beach area for premium is nicer and you have access to beach day beds, better food options, better alcohol, etc. We thought that the pictures on the website did not do the resort justice, it is BEAUTIFUL! Every staff member we came into contact with was so nice and welcoming and helpful! With the exception of Angelica, one of the restaurant hostesses, she was not very nice. The resort felt very safe. They have security guards on the beach to keep the locals off their beach and make sure their guests are not being bothered. We did not have any issues with any of the food or any of the drinks with ice. We ate at a different restaurant every night and the food was great. Edwardo was really great at keeping our wine glasses full! For breakfast and lunch we ate at the buffets and the food was great. Lots of variety to choose from and good tasting food. There was so many things to do, we were never bored, yet we had the most relaxing week in paradise. We recommend going on the off season as the resorts, town, and excursions are not crowded. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing vacation! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful resort. Was a blast for the first several days. The staff was very helpful and even though most everyone spoke Spanish, it wasn't too difficult to communicate in English with some Spanish words added. There were multiple pools and the Oceans was only steps away. 1 downside was that both the pool, and the beach closed at 6pm. You were not allowed in the water after this time and that was a big bummer as afternoon and evening swims are great especially if avoiding a sunburn. So you could only swim from 9am-6pm. Seaweed was a problem even though they had people trying to keep the beach clean. The food was pretty decent with options ranging from Japanese to Italian. The buffet was a popular choice with most guests especially around lunch time. They had lots of different types of food so everyone could find something they'd like. The Ice cream at the buffet was some of the best and I'd highly recommend trying it. The resort provides beach and pool towels at no charge. The water sports shop staff was very helpful in finding us great places to dive and took us on 2 different scuba diving excursions. The Scuba is Padi so you know it can be trusted as well as get your dive log signed. The downside of the resort was the weekend pass. Started on Friday and went through Sunday a large influx of locals came to the resort on day passes. They crowded the pools and buffet. Many were rude and disrespectful to rules and staff. It really took away from the relaxing paradise vibe that you expect when you visit a relatively expensive resort. Several pool side games were geared towards the day passes only and premium guests were turned away from participating and receiving the pool toys. Had it not been for the day passes I would have added a 5 star experience.

Cute. Staff was very nice when arriving. However, They told us we were supposed to have a room facing the beach, but didn't give it as they said. My friend and I were upset, but a lady at the desk was nice and talked with us. Cute shows and ambiance. Food was my favorite at the buffet. Showers were nice. Also, quiet area. Disco was fun. Staying here was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it was overall a decent experience.
