“Excelente ubicación, muy muy cerca de universal, Walgreens, Taco Bell, Denny’s. Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy agradable. Muy limpio los baños. No le doy las 5 estrellas por un detalle, no cambiaron el linen (sábanas). Yo trabajé como housekeeping, y ahora soy supervisora de housekeeping, y siempre que voy a los hoteles reviso si cambiaron las sábanas. Fue lo primero que hice al llegar, y en las sábanas habían cabellos. Del resto, fue una buena experiencia. Sin duda alguna volvería.”

“The location was perfect. 15 mins from Disney and right by universal. The room itself was nice and spacious for two people abs my dog. However the girl at the front desk had a bad attitude and the hotel “accidentally” charged me an extra 558$ when I paid the hotel through a third party website a total of 127 dollars. They didn’t even tell me they charged me 558$ until I opened my banking app. This happened 1/8 it’s the 13th and still don’t have a full refund. Even though the manager Angel said It’ll be back the next day.”
