“We booked a room with a King bed, and they overbooked King rooms so one wasn’t available upon arrival. Instead of letting us know, they put us in a Queen room and hoped we wouldn’t notice. When we asked about it, they said they had upgraded our room, but it is tiny with no view. Not sure how this is an upgrade.If getting the bed size you booked is important to you, I would look elsewhere.”
