Hotel moderno, com equipe cortez e atenciosa, principalmente na recepção. Próximo à estação do metrô, a uma vila de bares, restaurantes e lojas descoladas e um cinema enorme. Quarto grande, com cofre e ferro+tábua de passar.

Hotel novo. Limpinho. Lindo. Muito bom para famílias. Café da manhã excelente. Adorei a localização.Perto de lojas como FNAC para comprar ingressos, do Carrefour para mantimentos, do rest. Italiano Vapiano bares, lojas , e do trem para ir bem rapidinho para o Louvre, Notre Dame etc.

Came to PARIS for the first time and booking at Pullman hotel Bercy was the best thing. Great staff, rooms, room service, booked with breakfast (great breakfast experience). 🍽 Food was great. 🏊‍♀️ swimming for 1 hour daily. 🏋🏻‍♀️ gym 🧖🏻‍♀️ spa (have to pay for services separately) Great spa, I went for Swedish massage. Highly recommended. 🥂 Bar ( I was there around Halloween, had the chance to try Halloween cocktail. It was great ) 🎥🍿 Private cinema ( I didn’t had the chance to see or use it) 🍽🥂🕺🏻🛍Next to Bercy village, a great spot for lunch, dinner and drinks. 🛒Carrefour, 🎥🍿cinema everything is there. 🚖Taxi stop on the corner. Hotel staff can request a G7 taxi service for you anytime. Overall experience was so good. Definitely coming back here.

We had a stay with our 2 children for 4 days. Everything was just perfect! The room was clean and each day properly cleaned. The staff is excellent! They are very kind and helpfull. Breakfast is perfect. Thanks for having us!

A nice hotel, fairly priced by Paris standards, close access to Metro and train stations. Really enjoyed exploring the nearby Parc de Bercy and Bercy Village shopping when we had some time.

Thanks for all the staff working in this covid time. Even there is not many guests staying the hotel, I can feel the 5 stars service from the reception to the room services. Super professional and thoughtful. Like the cot bed, baby blanket, baby diaper bin, baby bath tub. All the food were excellent by using QR code order and fast delivery for every request. Breakfast are top. Our staycation was 100% satisfied even fitness and swimming pool are closed. Thanks again all the staff for our one night. And good shopping in Bercy village 20 seconds walk. Nothing can beat this.

Impecable. Muy cómodo y moderno. Tiene muchas tiendas, cafeterias y restaurantes justo en la puerta. Y una parada de metro a 2 min andando. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en gestionar reservas. Nos prestaron un paragua totalmente gratis. Y además el último día nos guardaron nuestras maletas en su consigna gratis. Volvería si vuelvo a París.

Estuve en ese hotel para probar el desayuno seguramente las circunstancias cercana a la epidemia pero ese desayuno no era digno de un 4 estrellas. Se les ofrece un continental que no vale 20 euros. Si el desayuno es pasable, el servicio es muy común y poco acogedor quiza por ser cliente fuera del hotel. Sobre todo lo que sorprende es la actitud de algunas meseras que arreglan sus desacuerdos en plena vista a los clientes. Esas mismas son muy desagradables hacia el cliente escogiendo ostentamente quienes quieren servir y quienes no.

Cómodo, accesible y petfriendly. La única desventaja es que si vienes de turismo, todo queda por lo menos a 8.5 kilómetros. Tiene una pequeña plaza comercial cerca con buenas marcas.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and this area of Paris. Certainly a more modern hotel with a well spaced out lobby and directions for socially distanced lanes coming and going to the elevators. I felt that the room was larger than average especially for a hotel in the city. The room size was more that adequate for my solo visit but also had enough room for a couple. There was even a chase or couch against the window that opened at a great enough angle to allow in some fresh outside air without much street noise at all.The bathroom had a modern walk in shower with an overhead rain nozzle plus a hand wand mounted on the wall and very plush towels along with a pair of robes (but alas no slippers).Finally there is an outdoor space just in front of the lobby for congregating with some cushions that add comfort. And the Bercy Village is just across the side street with a loathe collection of restaurants and a market. There are also great park spaces and access to the Seine in a very short radius of the hotel.

Un buen hotel en el distrito de Bercy. Muy tranquilo pero con servicios. Líneas de metro y autobús unen la zona con el centro de París. En el momento que estuvimos estaban haciendo reformas y había algo de ruido y polvo. Pero todo muy bien cuidado. Tranquilo y silencioso.

Después de 10 días de viaje por Francia, en hoteles de habitaciones muy pequeñas, llegar al Pullman Bercy fue una gran satisfacción! Habitaciones y baños muy amplios con todas las comodidades y cortesías (café, infusiones, mini bar, plancha, bata y pantuflas!) hizo que nuestra estadía fuera muy placentera! Además está muy cerca de Bercy Village, donde pude hacer mis últimas compras. Muy buena experiencia!
