We stayed here because everywhere else around this area was fully booked during Christmas holiday. The room price was very high on the weekend. The room was fine spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Many restaurant and big mall nearby. Friendly and informative staffs at reception. The hotel provides free indoor parking on 2nd and 3rd floor which is quite safe for your car. Bom café da manhã. Muitos restaurantes e grandes shoppings nas proximidades. Funcionários simpáticos e informativos na recepção. O hotel oferece estacionamento interno gratuito no 2º e 3º andar, o que é bastante seguro para o seu carro.

No wifi in my room cost me a lot of business time. Rooms are just ok. Breakfast was good. Desk clerks were not helpful. Nenhum wifi no meu quarto me custou muito tempo de negócios. Os quartos são apenas ok. O café da manhã era bom. Os funcionários da recepção não foram úteis.

Eu não posso dar uma avaliação muito boa devido ao covid, porque eu espero que se o covid não fosse tão ruim quanto é agora, o pessoal da limpeza iria limpar os quartos sem um pedido. Isso não deveria tê-los impedido de abastecer os quartos que estavam ocupados com toalhas e lenços adequados e café, tínhamos que pedir essas coisas regularmente. Também no 5º andar o cheiro das atividades extracurriculares que estavam acontecendo fez meu nariz se encher de um cheiro não muito agradável.

Ótimo atendimento ao cliente, desde a recepção, ao serviço de quarto, cozinha, apenas ao redor de um ótimo hotel. Também muito limpo.

I can't give it really good rating due to covid, because I would hope that if covid wasn't as bad as it is right now that the cleaning people would clean the rooms without a request. That should not have stopped them from supplying the rooms that were occupied with adequate towels and tissue and coffee,we had to ask for thoses things on a regular. Also on the 5th floor the smell of extra curricular activities that were going on had my nose filled with a not so pleasant smell.

It's a good looking clean hotel with modern rooms. Unfortunately, the best thing about a hotel is its shower (every1 loves a hot shower at the end of a 14 hour work day). The showers here only get lukewarm however and the water pressure is pitiful (it's not just my room. My co worker who's in a different room had the same complaint) I'd recommend it if you're looking to stay only 1 night, but if you need a hotel for multiple days, you should go somewhere else (unless you're weird & enjoy lukewarm showers, lol).

Rooms seemed clean, till I walked on the bathroom floor. Super greasy. The slowest internet I’ve seen since the 90’s. Average 3.2 MBS. You have to try to get something that slow these days. I’m surprised their email addresses don’t end in aol.com at these speeds.

Extremely Rude Customer Service: Will Never Check-IN! I’m in town for a funeral and was staying at the Hilton. However, I need to stay a few more days but they don’t have any availability so...I figured I would try a different brand. What a mistake. I’m leaving on the holiday anyway but called to tell the hotel to modify my reservation for 1 day rather than the 5 nights. Ghetto front desk said I had to stay 3 nights. What I read at booking was a minimum 3 night stay for that RATE! 👎🏾 Nevertheless, I will not be checking in and you will not get a dime! #Facts. People do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Don’t you know that customer service is EVERYTHING 😡

We stayed here thinking it was a clean place with reasonable prices. We were wrong! The toilet had dirty stains, they weren’t cleaned, there was food on the chair. We checked in late and by that time we were too tired to change rooms. In times of COVID you would think that they would be more cautious. I was disgusted. My husband had to clean the toilet bc he didn’t want our kids to use it dirty. We were doubtful if the room had been cleaned at all. It was 12:15 midnight when we got into our room so we were just too tired to switch. Neighborhood was sketchy also. Do your homework before booking a room.

Minha esposa e eu paramos aqui no nosso caminho de volta de Baton Rouge durante o verão. O quarto estava imaculado. Tudo estava perfeitamente limpo e a vista era incrível. Eu amei que estava a uma curta distância do Whole Foods, então eu poderia facilmente caminhar até a loja para um lanche rápido ou algo para beber. Outros clientes praticamente cuidavam de seus próprios negócios. Nada sombrio ou qualquer outra coisa. Ficaria feliz em ficar aqui novamente!

Wife and I stopped by here on our way back from Baton Rouge over the summer. The room was immaculate. Everything was perfectly clean and the view was amazing. I loved that it was walking distance from Whole Foods so I could easily just walk down to the store for a quick snack or something to drink. Other patrons pretty much minded their own business. Nothing shady or anything else. Would gladly stay here again!

Nos sorprendió este hotel, cuenta con mucho estacionamiento, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, y la cama muy cómoda, descansamos muy bien, la vista de la habitación era a la ciudad. Otro punto importante es que se encuentra a una cuadra del mall.
