“La habitación esta bien, algo pequeña pero con lo necesario para pasar una noche de descanso, alfombra muy sucia necesita atención en la limpieza de las misma. No limpiaron la habitación el día que estuve hospedada. Personal en recepción poco atento.”

“I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I had a doctor's appointment on Monday and I had just made a 4-hour drive to SA. I made a reservation through a third party. Upon arrival (about 5:15 pm), the lady clerk, Holly, (who was not wearing a face mask in the middle of a pandemic), told me she had no clean rooms because the cleaning crew arrived late. I asked her to confirm my reservation and she flat out said she couldn't because she was on a different screen. "I assure you. If you made a reservation, I have it." We came back after dinner (about 8:00 pm) and same lady clerk, Holly, said as I walked in "I don't have any clean rooms. You will have to leave.. If you had come back in an hour like I told you to, you may have gotten a room." I asked her about my reservation. She said that I would have to call the third party company and ask for a refund or have them relocate us. I explained that we had nowhere else to go. She asked us to leave. What is a reservation for? She was very rude and lacked tact. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.”
