O nosso quarto era muito limpo e a cama era extremamente confortável! A equipe foi útil e fez check-in e check-out uma brisa.No entanto, o spa estava em manutenção na chegada, apesar da alegação de que foi aberto em seu site. Houve também uma taxa de "incidente" não divulgada de US $ 20 por noite, colocada em nossa conta, mas foi reembolsada no final de nossa estadia. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era extremadamente cómoda. El personal fue servicial e hizo que el registro y la salida fueran muy sencillos.Sin embargo, el spa estaba fuera de servicio por mantenimiento a su llegada, a pesar de la afirmación de que se abrió en su sitio web. También hubo una tarifa de "incidente" no revelada de $ 20 por noche agregada a nuestra factura, pero fue reembolsada al final de nuestra estadía. Hubiera sido apreciado que el personal nos informara antes de registrarnos, pero en general, el hotel estaba limpio, tranquilo y cómodo.

Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Staff was helpful and made check in and check out a breeze. However, the spa was down for maintenance upon arrival, despite the claim it was opened on their website. There was also an undisclosed “incident” fee of $20 per night tacked onto our bill, but was refunded at the end of our stay. It would have been appreciated for the staff to inform us prior to checking in, but overall the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable!

A equipe foi tão adorável e útil em todo - eles devem ser elogiados. El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, deben ser elogiados. Sin embargo, a menos que el hotel contrate más personal para servir/cocinar en el restaurante, no debe anunciarse como un servicio. Una persona está a cargo de los pedidos, la cocina e incluso el transporte nocturno. ¡Necesitan más ayuda! También parece haber un problema con el sitio principal de reservas que permite reservas dobles: Marriott Bonvoy debe resolverlo, ya que el personal local se encuentra en una posición difícil.

Staff were so lovely and helpful throughout - they should be commended. However, unless the hotel hires more staff to serve/cook at the bistro, it should not be advertised as an amenity. One person is in charge of orders, cooking and even the evening shuttle - they need more help! There also appears to be a problem with the main reservation site allowing double bookings - Marriott Bonvoy needs to sort that out as the local staff are put in a difficult position.

Excelente Atendimento ao Cliente. Quartos agradáveis. Localização Conveniente e Segura. Tinha uma bateria descarregada no carro da minha namorada, Tim, o gerente, nos deu um empurrãozinho. Deus te abençoe. Cara super legal. Merece um aumento salarial. Este cavalheiro e os outros funcionários da recepção (Jordan) ontem à noite e esta manhã (Kathy) também. Mantenha o bom trabalho. Excelente servicio al cliente. Bonitas habitaciones. Ubicación conveniente y segura. Tenía una batería agotada en el auto de mi novia, Tim, el gerente, nos ayudó a comenzar. Dios te bendiga. Súper buen chico. Merece un aumento de sueldo. Este caballero y el resto del personal de recepción (Jordan) anoche y esta mañana (Kathy) también lo hacen. Sigan con el buen trabajo. Excellent Customer Service. Nice Rooms. Convenient and Safe Location. Had a dead battery in my Girlfriend's car, Tim the Manager gave us a jump start. God Bless you.Super Nice guy. Eu sempre fico no Courtyards, não importa onde eu vá e já fiquei neste duas vezes agora, mas acho que não vou voltar. Duas razões principais pelas quais suas paredes são tão finas que eu podia ouvir uma mulher ao meu lado em seu quarto passando mal a noite toda no banheiro. Em segundo lugar, os ventiladores/AC nos quartos desligam quando atingem uma temperatura. Eu sei que muitas pessoas como eu precisam ter ar ligado o tempo todo apenas para bloquear o ruído sozinho e para conforto durante o sono. Eu baixei para 64 para tentar mantê-lo funcionando, mas assim que chegou a essa temperatura, ele desligou completamente (que é uma das razões pelas quais acho que ouvi essa mulher tão claramente). Não entendo por que eles não têm uma opção de ventilador para manter o ar no seu quarto. O hotel é muito bom e limpo, a equipe é profissional.

Eu e minha família ficamos aqui por 6 noites e quero dizer que todos os funcionários foram incríveis e muito profissionais, um dos hotéis mais limpos que já visitei para ser honesto e se houve algum problema que tivemos em nossa estadia aqui eles resolveram é realmente rápido e profissionalmente, a equipe da recepção é muito simpática e profissional, se você tiver uma pergunta, não hesite em perguntar. Tirei um dia para relaxar do lado de fora na área da piscina depois do trabalho, não demorou muito para que eu dormisse do lado de fora, foi realmente um momento relaxante aqui, sério, estou tão feliz que minha família realmente gostou do tempo aqui e sim, nós voltarei a este lindo hotel obrigado também a todos os funcionários vocês estão fazendo um ótimo trabalho continuem o trabalho duro e obrigado novamente Deus abençoe a todos Amém 🙌🙏

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos aquí por 6 noches y quiero decir que todos los empleados fueron increíbles y muy profesionales, uno de los hoteles más limpios que he visitado para ser honesto y si hubo algún problema que tuvimos en nuestra estadía aquí lo resolvieron es realmente rápido y profesional, el personal de recepción es muy amable y profesional si tiene alguna pregunta, no dude en preguntar. Tomé un día para simplemente relajarme afuera en el área de la piscina después del trabajo, no pasó mucho tiempo antes de que me encontrara durmiendo afuera, fue realmente un momento relajante aquí, en serio, estoy muy feliz de que mi familia realmente disfrutó su tiempo aquí y sí, nosotros volveré a este hermoso hotel gracias también a todo el personal están haciendo un gran trabajo sigan trabajando duro y gracias de nuevo Dios los bendiga a todos Amén 🙌🙏

I always stay at Courtyards no matter where I go and I’ve stayed atthis one twice now but I don’t think I will be back. Two main reasons their walls are so thin I could hear a woman beside me in her room being violently sick all night in her bathroom. Second the fans/AC in the rooms turn off when they hit a temperature. I know a lot of people like me need to have air running the entire time just to block out noise alone and for comfort while sleeping. I had it down to 64 to try to keep it running butas soon as it got to that temperature it completely shut off (which is one of the reasons I think I heard this woman so clearly). I don’t understand why they do not have a fan option to keep the air going in your room. The Hotel is very nice & clean the Staffis professional ..all those things are positive but when it comes to the actual comfortof beingable to get a good nights sleep I just have not experienced it at this Courtyard.

Me and my family stayed here for 6 night's and I want to say all the employees were awesome and very professional, one of the cleanest hotel I've ever visited to be honest and if there was any problem's we had on our stay here they resolved it really quickly and professionally, the front desk staff is very nice and professional if you have a question don't hesitate to ask. I took one day to just relax outside by the pool area after work, it wasn't long before I found myself sleep outside it was really a relaxing time here seriously I'm just so happy my family really enjoyed their time here and yes we will be returning to this beautiful hotel thank you too all the staff y'all are doing a great job keep up the hard work and thank you again God bless you all Amen 🙌🙏

Os quartos são agradáveis e limpos, as camas podem ser um pouco mais macias e confortáveis e é a única desvantagem, mas o serviço é incrível, especialmente Jordan, que é tão agradável e adorável. Definitivamente a escolha certa para nossa viagem de negócios de Jersey. Após 6 horas de condução, precisávamos de um lugar de mudança para ficar.

Reservei este local por 5 noites. Eu estava na área para uma cirurgia eletiva. Devido à cirurgia, eu precisava de um quarto acessível para deficientes físicos e certifiquei-me de anotar isso na minha reserva. Na chegada, após 7 horas de carro, havia quartos para deficientes físicos disponíveis. Eu não estava feliz e um pouco assustada porque sabia o quão difícil seria tirar meus pertences de uma grande cirurgia. Felizmente eles fizeram o que podiam e ofereceram um quarto normal com a expectativa de uma transferência para um quarto para deficientes no dia seguinte. Quando o quarto para deficientes ficou disponível, o banheiro não funcionou. Neste ponto, estou em pânico porque vou fazer uma cirurgia no dia seguinte e não seria capaz de levantar nada ou me movimentar muito. Felizmente, novamente, esse quarto era um quarto conjugado e a equipe foi incrível em lidar com tudo. Eles me permitiram usar os dois quartos para que eu não precisasse usar o banheiro do saguão. Todas as pessoas com quem interagi eram 10/10. São todos muito amigáveis, profissionais, gentis e respeitosos. Apesar de um começo difícil que pode acontecer literalmente em qualquer lugar, eles assumiram o controle e cuidaram de mim e por isso sou muito grato.

Las habitaciones son agradables y limpias, las camas pueden ser un poco más suaves y cómodas y es el único inconveniente, pero el servicio es increíble, especialmente Jordan, que es muy agradable y encantador. Definitivamente la elección correcta para nuestro viaje de negocios desde Jersey. Después de 6 horas de manejo, necesitábamos un lugar de mudanza para quedarnos.

Reservé este lugar por 5 noches. Estuve en el área para una cirugía electiva. Debido a la cirugía, necesitaba una habitación accesible para discapacitados y me aseguré de anotarlo en mi reserva. A su llegada, después de un viaje de 7 horas, no había habitaciones para discapacitados disponibles. No estaba contento y un poco asustado porque sabía lo difícil que sería mover mis pertenencias recién salidas de una cirugía mayor. Afortunadamente hicieron lo que pudieron y ofrecieron una habitación regular con la expectativa de un traslado a una habitación para discapacitados al día siguiente. Cuando la habitación para discapacitados estuvo disponible, el baño no funcionó. En este punto, estoy entrando en pánico porque me operarán al día siguiente y no podría levantar nada ni moverme demasiado. Afortunadamente, esa habitación era una habitación comunicada y el personal fue increíble en el manejo de todo. Me permitieron usar ambas habitaciones para no tener que usar el baño del vestíbulo. Cada una de las personas con las que interactué fue un 10/10. Todos son muy amables, profesionales, amables y respetuosos. A pesar de un comienzo difícil que literalmente puede suceder en cualquier lugar, tomaron el control y me cuidaron y por eso estoy muy agradecido.

Booked this location for 5 nights. I was in the area for an elective surgery. Due to surgery I needed a handicap accessible room and made sure I noted that on my reservation. Upon arrival , after a 7 hour drive, there were zero handicap rooms available. I was not happy and a little freaked out because I knew how difficult it would be to move my belongings fresh out of major surgery. Fortunately they did what they could and offered a regular room with the expectation of a transfer into a handicap room the following day. When the handicap room became available the toilet didn’t work. At this point I’m panicking because I’m having surgery the next day and would not be able to lift anything or move around too much. Fortunately again,that room was a connecting room and the staff was amazing at handling everything. They allowed me to use both rooms so I wouldn’t have to use the lobby restroom. Every single person I interacted with was a 10/10They’re all very friendly, professional, kind and respectful. Despite a rough start that can literally happen anywhere, they took control and took care of me and for that I’m very grateful.

The rooms are nice and clean, the beds can be a little softer and more comfortable and is the only downside but the service is amazing especially Jordan who is so nice and lovely. Definitely the right choice for our business trip from Jersey. After 6 hours of driving we needed a move place to stay.

Adorei nossa suíte em que ficamos por 4 noites durante nossa pausa de Páscoa. Há uma pequena piscina interna que chega a 5 pés, ao lado de uma banheira de hidromassagem grande o suficiente para acomodar 4 pessoas. :) Não comemos no Bistrô, dentro do hotel, mas é sempre uma opção com dias e horários limitados de funcionamento. Ainda assim, estou feliz por termos um micro-ondas e uma geladeira pequena para aquecer e armazenar nossa comida que compramos para entrega no hotel.

Nos encantó nuestra suite en la que nos alojamos por 4 noches durante nuestras vacaciones de Semana Santa. Hay una piscina de tamaño pequeño en la puerta que alcanza los 5 pies, junto con un jacuzzi lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar a 4 personas. :) No comimos en el Bistro, dentro del hotel, pero siempre es una opción con días y horas de operación limitados. Aún así, estoy feliz de que tuviéramos un microondas y un refrigerador pequeño para calentar y almacenar la comida que compramos para llevarla al hotel.

Loved our suite that we stayed at for 4 nights during our Easter break. There's an in-door small sized pool that reaches 5 feet, alongside a whirlpool big enough to seat 4 people. :) We didn't eat at the Bistro, inside the hotel, but that's always an option with limited days and hours of operation. Still, I'm happy that we had a microwave and small refrigerator to heat and store our food that we bought for delivery to the hotel.
