“Reservei este local por 5 noites. Eu estava na área para uma cirurgia eletiva. Devido à cirurgia, eu precisava de um quarto acessível para deficientes físicos e certifiquei-me de anotar isso na minha reserva. Na chegada, após 7 horas de carro, havia quartos para deficientes físicos disponíveis. Eu não estava feliz e um pouco assustada porque sabia o quão difícil seria tirar meus pertences de uma grande cirurgia. Felizmente eles fizeram o que podiam e ofereceram um quarto normal com a expectativa de uma transferência para um quarto para deficientes no dia seguinte. Quando o quarto para deficientes ficou disponível, o banheiro não funcionou. Neste ponto, estou em pânico porque vou fazer uma cirurgia no dia seguinte e não seria capaz de levantar nada ou me movimentar muito. Felizmente, novamente, esse quarto era um quarto conjugado e a equipe foi incrível em lidar com tudo. Eles me permitiram usar os dois quartos para que eu não precisasse usar o banheiro do saguão. Todas as pessoas com quem interagi eram 10/10. São todos muito amigáveis, profissionais, gentis e respeitosos. Apesar de um começo difícil que pode acontecer literalmente em qualquer lugar, eles assumiram o controle e cuidaram de mim e por isso sou muito grato.”

“Staff were so lovely and helpful throughout - they should be commended. However, unless the hotel hires more staff to serve/cook at the bistro, it should not be advertised as an amenity. One person is in charge of orders, cooking and even the evening shuttle - they need more help! There also appears to be a problem with the main reservation site allowing double bookings - Marriott Bonvoy needs to sort that out as the local staff are put in a difficult position.”
