“The place is fine. It was relatively clean: i thought some of the interior of the room and furniture was beat up looking. I’d say my biggest gripe is that they keep the air conditioning off in the room until you check in. It’s 110 degrees outside so the room is too. The air conditioner cools it down when you put it on but takes several hours so if you check in late you are sleeping in a hot room. I’d suggest the air is at least on before a customer checks in.”

“We arrived very late in the evening. Checking in was very quick and easy. The front desk person was very nice. We had an early flight the next morning front desk arranged for our shuttle to take us to airport at 3am which we made our flight with perfect timing. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star was because we had no idea where we were. We received an over night voucher from the airlines and once we arrived at 10pm we asked if there was anywhere close that we could get something to eat, Everything that was close enough to walk would be closing within 20 mins. We went to bed and after talking to our shuttle driver the next morning he said that there were other places that were opened all night right down the street. I just feel they should have given us all the options but instead they only gave us a couple and never offered a way to get there, keep in mind it's now almost 11pm. The hotel was nice and the room was very clean and everything I would expect from Courtyard it was a little ways from Airport and I can't honestly say the location was not the best.”
