“My partner and I stayed at this hotel in April on a trip from the east coast, and we were very impressed. The hotel is conveniently located to the highway, the finishes and furniture in our room were great, the pool and gym were well-maintained, and the surrounding area has excellent restaurants, some of which are open later. We would recommend this hotel for a stay in the LA area.”

“Super disappointed in my stay here.The hotel is nice and new, the room wasn’t cleaned the best but overall it was a good place to sleep.I was just so disappointed in the customer service and how it seems like Marriott as a brand does not care about brand loyalty anymore.I am a titanium longtime member and requested a suite upgrade with one of our suite night awards certificates, it was denied.I figured they must all be booked, this was really starting to get frustrating though because it seems like every time I request one be used it’s denied.I feel that I’ve been pretty patient until this point.On the way to check in I message the front desk and request an upgrade again because I see several nicer rooms available to be booked.I explained that I would be happy to use one of my certificates if they did not want to grant me an upgrade based on my status alone.The front desk said there were no upgrades available, i then pointed out two types of rooms with multiples available online and I got some excuse about how his system doesn’t show that?They are using a different system? So what about if I had then booked that room? Would I have been turned away?This seemed very dismissive honestly so I asked again upon check in.I explained that these suite night awards are a choice benefit that I choose over others such as free nights so they really should be honored when one is available.He was again very dismissive, then half heartedly “checked again” saying there was nothing else despite me showing him there clearly was on the app.There continued to be a suite and larger king room available on the app for the rest of the night.The front desk employees and brand itself are making it very clear every time I stay that they really don’t care about me or my loyally, maybe it’s time I take my 75+ stays a year and thousands spent at their properties elsewhere.”
