The hotel is showing its age more and more every time I compared bathrooms and carpets all need deep cleaning. It is gross to find hair in the shower from previous tenants. Regular maintenance items need to be addressed. I stay there regularly for the location, but I'm never excited about it. Definitely not up to the double tree standard. Itens de manutenção regular precisam ser abordados. Eu fico lá regularmente para o local, mas nunca estou animado com isso. Definitivamente não está à altura do padrão de árvore dupla.

Front desk staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Rooms, lobby, ballroom, meeting rooms were all very well maintained. The hallways on the floors with guest rooms were a bit dim, could really use better lighting, new carpet, artwork and cleaning the walls. A equipe da recepção foi amigável e receptiva aos pedidos. Quartos, lobby, salão de baile, salas de reuniões foram todos muito bem conservados. Os corredores nos andares com quartos de hóspedes eram um pouco escuros, poderiam realmente usar melhor iluminação, carpete novo, obras de arte e limpeza das paredes.

Sebastian is my go to front end manager who is very professional. It’s important for guests to be remembered and Sebastian always remembers when I arrive. He handles everything at the front desk and always seems to have a great room available. He helps everyone and assists the support staff while at the same time handling the guests. It’s people like Sebastian that keep customers returning, the hotel management are lucky to have people like Sebastian. This is a busy hotel and having someone there with the experience and knowledge is as important as a 5 star room or restaurant. Sebastian é meu gerente de front-end que é muito profissional. É importante que os convidados sejam lembrados e Sebastian sempre se lembra quando chego. Ele lida com tudo na recepção e sempre parece ter um ótimo quarto disponível. Ele ajuda a todos e auxilia a equipe de apoio ao mesmo tempo em que lida com os convidados. São pessoas como Sebastian que mantêm os clientes retornando, a gerência do hotel tem sorte de ter pessoas como Sebastian. Este é um hotel movimentado e ter alguém com experiência e conhecimento é tão importante quanto um quarto ou restaurante 5 estrelas.

This is a mediocre hotel. While it’s convenient and the staff is friendly and hardworking, the property is old, beat up, musty and a bit dingy. This goes for the rooms as well as the public spaces. The gym looks good in photos, but half of the equipment is broken at any given time (true on three successive visits) and there is but one pin for the cybex which has four weight stacks (also the same on each of our visits). Also, they gym, which is attached to the pool is humid and smells like a high school locker room. Este é um hotel medíocre. Embora seja conveniente e a equipe seja simpática e trabalhadora, a propriedade é antiga, surrada, mofada e um pouco suja. Isso vale para os quartos, bem como os espaços públicos. A academia fica bem nas fotos, mas metade do equipamento está quebrado em um determinado momento (verdade em três visitas sucessivas) e há apenas um pino para o cybex que tem quatro pilhas de peso (também o mesmo em cada uma de nossas visitas). Além disso, a academia, que fica ao lado da piscina, é úmida e cheira a um vestiário do ensino médio.

The hotel is outdated and not so clean. I mean for what they charge they could better. The bathtub was not running well. The elevators (2) were very small. It has a funny smell… we were there for a family wedding for a night so I did not want to bother the front desk who were nice people No lunch and dinner during the weekend The breakfast was good and the staffs were nice that is why I gave the 3 stars O hotel está desatualizado e não é tão limpo. The customer service at the front desk is great. Super friendly and kind. The rooms could be cleaned better. Our bathroom tub was very dirty and smelled of mildew/mold. Our sheets had a deadline in them, a small one. I called down and asked for 2 new sheets and a blanket. The price was fair and had availability last minute. I would probably come back, bit would demand to switch rooms to one that cleanerbut I was traveling on my own with 2 small kids and tons of toys and bags for them. Eu provavelmente voltaria, pouco exigiria mudar de quarto para um mais limpo, mas eu estava viajando sozinho com 2 crianças pequenas e toneladas de brinquedos e bolsas para eles. Além disso, ficamos apenas uma noite para dividir nosso tempo de viagem

This hotel is extremely outdated and dirty! The bathtub had stains and hair from previous guest(s). The hotel ran out of fresh towels and we had to wait for towels to be washed! We had to request for our rooms to be cleaned. However, once housekeeping came by to “clean,” the sheets were not changed. The staff was not empathetic or helpful! There were also bugs in the room. I do not recommend staying here at all! Este hotel é extremamente desatualizado e sujo! A banheira tinha manchas e cabelos do(s) hóspede(s) anterior(es). O hotel ficou sem toalhas limpas e tivemos que esperar que as toalhas fossem lavadas! Tivemos que solicitar a limpeza dos nossos quartos. No entanto, uma vez que a limpeza veio para “limpar”, os lençóis não foram trocados. A equipe não foi empática ou prestativa! Também havia insetos no quarto. Eu não recomendo ficar aqui!

My client had a 15 room block with a meeting room verified my the manager. Come time to get the room Louis who was on staff had no clue and did nothing to help remedy the situation. He only said the GM has left for the day. Thanks to the kitchen manager for picking up the phone to actually call the GM to verify an hour later. Louis was still very rude and took his sweet time to locate the keys to open the meeting room. Also let’s not forget to mention the AC was out in the restaurant and parts of the hotel. Louis obviously doesn’t appreciate his job or care about customer service. Everything about this DoubleTree is below standard and they should lose their license to carry the name.
