As a little kid, I loved this hotel. It's bright, clean and beautiful. As an adult I felt the same.

Se você quer um lugar melhor e mais respeitoso para ficar, o Hilton fica do outro lado da estrada e tem um serviço melhor. Aconselho ninguém a ficar no Marriott Des Moines, Iowa. A Marriott realmente precisa intensificar e assumir a responsabilidade, pois eu os responsabilizo por deixar o funcionário da recepção por suas ações. Se você quer ser tratado com grosseria e mentira, o Marriott Des Moines, Iowa, não vai decepcioná-lo.

This hotel is a disgrace. The management could not provide adequate directions. The hallways smell of urine, and the carpets are stained. I asked them to allow me to pay cash; instead, they charged my credit card and refused to change it. The evening clerk knew I wanted to pay cash; he obviously lied when he said he told the day clerk. The day clerk was an absolute disaster job that did not care about anything other than look at her phone. She just typed away like I wasn't there. I asked her to ad my aids name to the portfolio to show he was a guest as well. She chose not to. This leads to safety concerns as you can't file a police report if someone robs you. I say this because they allowed a lot of very drink and very loud college kids to raise cane all night, keeping us awake. If you want a nicer, more respectful place to stay, the Hilton is right across the road and has better service. I would advise Noone to stay at Marriott Des Moines, Iowa. Marriott really needs to step up and take responsibility, as I hold them accountable for letting their front desk clerk for her actions. If you want to be treated rudely and lied to, The Marriott Des Moines, Iowa will not let you down.

We traveled from Minnesota to see Elton John in, Des Moines. We were all very surprised when we pulled up to the Hotel. It wasn't what we were expecting, it was SO much nicet! It was VERY busy with Elton John Concert, A Car Show, and 2 weddings, but we were checked in and in our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were really nice. Plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I didn't really like was, the Bathroom Door. It feels less private. We took the Hotel shuttle to the Concert, But decided to Walk the Sky-ways afterwards. I would %100 Stay here again.

Traveled the world --and no place or organization is less helpful in reserving a room ---Association meeting is at this location , but will never stay again!! Not one to complain either! Associate Zach placed us on hold for 30 + minutes---we finally hung up !!! and told us he did not have the fax number for the location and we were to go online to book a room --which we had already attempted but they told us to call direct --it being an assiociation block of rooms This is the second time in my life I have filled out a poor evaluation --the other at a restaurant that we waited 20 min and had no staff come to our table -so left

A TV tem apenas 60 alguns canais e nenhum que são programas saudáveis para a família. Eles não oferecem café de cortesia no lobby. A pior parte é um buffet de café da manhã que tem menos oferta do que um jantar custa mais do que bife e ovos em um jantar sofisticado. Para dois adultos foi 36 dólares. Se a conferência a que fui não fosse aqui, não ficaria aqui e não a recomendaria a outras pessoas.

This place is not family friendly and is too expensive to stay at. There is not free parking or a free breakfast. They seem to nickel and dime you on everything. The TV only has 60 some channels on it and none that are family wholesome shows.They don't offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. The worst part is a breakfast buffet that has less offering than a dinner cost more than getting steak and eggs at an upscale dinner. For two adults it was 36 dollars. If the conference I went to was not here, I would not stay here and I would not recommend it to others.

Quartos muito limpos, silenciosos e atualizados e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. As únicas coisas que o mantiveram de mais estrelas é a localização, o centro e o estacionamento não são úteis. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi bom, mas caro em US$ 21 incluindo gorjeta.

Very clean, quiet, and updated rooms and friendly helpful staff. Only things that kept it from more stars is the location, downtown and parking is not handy. Breakfast buffet was good but expensive at $21 including gratuity.

Ótima localização, e achei o interior muito acolhedor e divertido. O quarto era fantástico com um toque moderno. A vista do centro de Des Moines do 14º andar era ótima. Fácil de chegar, com muito estacionamento nas proximidades

Great location, and I found the inside to be very welcoming and fun. The room was fantastic with a modern feel. View of downtown Des Moines from the 14th floor was great. Easy to get to, with plenty of parking nearby
