“I recently stayed, then had to abruptly leave, this hotel on a trip to Boston and from start to finish the staff was wonderful. I will say, at least for me, it was in a noisy location and the parking costs were high but the hotel itself was quiet, clean and accommodating. In my rush, I ended up leaving my toiletry bag behind and the hotel was able to locate and send it to me via their lost and found service. I would definitely recommend this location based on customer service.”
