“Booking experience was terrible... Kept waiting, and was lied to
I rang them direct to price match. They said they would at the start of the call, but after keeping me on hold for ages, and referring me to different people, did not. They overcharged me by $20 and forced me to join a membership program I don't want to be a member of.
I am very dissatisfied with this process, and this venue, so far.
If someone from the hotel wants to give me contact details I will contact them and I should have the rate matched or be upgraded, or offered breakfast or something for this waste of time.”
