Hotel is rundown, dirty, carpets stained and looks like they haven’t been vacuumed in a week. Doesn’t look like pics on Websight maybe 10 years ago Gym is super nice lots of equipment more than any other hotel I’ve seen. The elevator to the pool is broken if you don’t hit open door button on your floor it will not open. Couldn’t get back from pool elevator wouldn’t open for us to go back to our room. We ended up having to take the stairs in corner by hot tub we ended up in parking garage looking for a way out, finally found the other elevator took it back to our floor.

This room was so pretty pretty over looking the water and city life! They have everything in here you could possibly think of from ice cream shops to exotic car rentals! This place has everything! A must stay! The restaurants down in the lobby have awesome food & drinks as well!

Una de mis peores estadías en Hilton, mas aún siendo un Gold MemberHe dejado de hospedarme con Hilton por baja de servicio y atención en los últimos años y he cambiado a la cadena MarriotComparto mi terrible experienciaAl llegar al Hotel un empleado en la calle para ingresar el Hotel me pregunta a que vengo, le comento que a realizar mi check in.Al llegar el carril me bajo de la camioneta y me abordar un par de empleados de su valet parking, gritando que me quite de ahí, reclamando porqué me estacioné en la entrada de los clientes. Después de "gritos y mucha presión" les comento que soy cliente y que estoy llegando a realizar mi check inMe comentan dos empleados: "Pensamos que era Uber". Increíble, porque no preguntan, antes de cuestionar e insultar No creo que ni mi Familia y yo tengamos presencia como para ser un chofer de un Taxi o UberLo peor es que cuando les dije que realizaría check in y les pedí mi ticket del valet parking. NADIE se acercó a bajar las maletas de la camioneta. Las bajamos entre mi esposa y YoNos fuimos con todas las maletas al Front Desk mi familia y Yo, ningún empleado se acercó a ayudarFront desk, les comparto mi gran molestia con el Valet Parking y su respuesta fue: Estamos llenos, que penaInstalaciones del Hotel super sucio en generalLo increíble es que cada vez que regresaba la camioneta al Valet, trabajan a los clientes de la misma manera y no fuimos los únicos clientes a los que les sucedióEspero que estas experiencias realmente las compartan con los gerentes y personal operativo del Hotel para que se generen las acciones que consideren y sobre todo el personal del Valet Parking que son la primera gran impresión para un cliente al llegar al lugar de descansoEs una lástima que sigan descuidando la calidez, enfoque en Customer Experience; sin duda, son motivos seguir hospedándonos en otras opciones de cadenas de Hoteles (tienen mucha competencia como para tratar de esa manera a los clientes)

High rise chic hotel with a few areas to shop, relax and get pampered, bars, and a few spots to dine. Nice 180 degree views from either the double balcony or terraces located in your room. You may see a manatee or two along with the boats that are docked near the hotel.

Spend the New Years here and it was outstanding! The balcony views and the spacious and clean environment was very pleasing. Me and my wife have traveled to many hiltons and this has been one of the top 5 visited. Prime location to restaurants and shopping centers, conveniently located at the same location you’re staying at DOWNSTAIRS! I truly loved the conviene that brought to me and the wife. There’s always reasoning for the price. We dined and shopped from the convenience of our hotel.

Nice place to stay. Not sure why the negative reviews. Our stay was nice, room was clean and nice pool. The balcony views are nice. Would be better if the hotel had higher floors but upper levels are not too bad. Valet is a little expensive and can get crowded. Just call ahead about 10 minutes if you need your car.

A acomodação em si é boa, os quartos são amplos -- o que fiquei tinha até uma vista legal da baía. Não pude aproveitar a piscina pois estava frio: entre 12 e 17 graus. Entretanto, tive uma série de contratempos que atrapalharam em muito minha viagem! 1) Apesar do hotel contar com internet no lounge e ter um office público com 3 computadores, precisava de internet no quarto para trabalhar, mas no quarto que fiquei não havia sinal nenhum. Levaram 3 dias para me trocarem de quarto. 2) Fui para o novo quarto, com internet, e a cama estava quebrada. Tiveram que trocar a cama no dia seguinte. Nota: a internet não tinha um sinal estável, contudo consegui trabalhar. 3) O banheiro estava com um vazamento e após concertarem, conseguiram entupir o ralo do banheiro. Formou-se uma poça de água suja. Era necessário aguardar 1 hora para a água descer entre um banho e outro. 4) Depois de tudo isso, ao pedir um late checkout de 2 horas (ao invés de sair 11h, sair às 13h -- nota: o checkin é somente às 16h) o gerente foi bastante insensível. Foi como se eles tivessem fazendo um favor pra mim. Só liberaram depois de eu ter que jogar na cara todo o "bom" serviço de ficar com um quarto sem internet e ter que aguardar três dias por um novo quarto, com cama quebrada e banheiro entupido. E o lema deles é "If you're not satisfied with your stay, let us know and we'll MAKE IT RIGHT". Yeah. Right! Cada erro deles a gente ganhava um cookie como "pedido de desculpas". Saí de lá obeso!

Overall This is a great hotel. I love the location. I've stayed at the doubletree several times and it was excellent. This particular time I had some issues with the toilet in my room and reached out to the front desk and they mentioned they would send someone up to repair and after an hour no one showed up Finally after stopping a lady in the hallway who looked like they might be a manager. She stepped right in and helped us and we were able to get in another room.

My husband and I very much our stay at this property! The accommodations were beautiful, as was our view. The staff here was great as well. We loved having so many shopping and restaurant options. The location was central to pretty much every area in the city we wanted to go. We will definitely return!

I think "Grand" pretty much sums it up. this place is pretty great and they have so many different types of rooms from typical business class rooms to multi-bedroom suites which is a hard find. I also love the convenience of the restaurants and markets. We hit Tony Chan's during every visit and have always been so happy there. This hotel is a lot of fun and I've been recommending it to others for years now.

Stayed here for first trip to Miami, got two separate suites. Check-in was simple, and we were given complimentary cookies and water at the desk. The rooms were as pictured, really nice. Beds were really comfortable. Great view of the bay from our room. Only thing was our room was FAR from the elevator, maybe a 2-2.5 minute walk. Other than that, the hot tubs down in the pool area were relaxing and roomy enough for a group. Across from the hot tubs, there's a large pool. It was clean and a nice break from the steam in the hot tub. Staff was helpful and professional, really no complaints.

We had balcony view of the bay and the boats docked there. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The Hotel did not seem to be very busy,which meant we receive very good customer servicefrom Primos, the coffee shop, the cigar bar, and the deli. Our stay was very relaxing. Would stay there again.

We visited the hotel for Labor day weekend and was initially impressed with the location and outside appearance, as we expected. Unfortunately the inside corridors leading into the guests rooms were not up to the standards of previous Hilton brands we had visited in other cities. We had to change our room due to blood stains on the bed that appeared to have been dabbed with a liquid in an attempt to clean as it looked to have a damp ring around the area, acknowledging that housekeeping or someone had noticed it but only attempted to wipe it out instead of taking time to completely change the linens. Neither room.. the one initially given at check in nor the one we settled for afterwards.. had a strip nor sticker across the toilet or bathroom assuring that it had been cleaned and sanitized. Fortunately we always have Lysol on hand when in Hotels but we went out and actually purchased a second can in this instance. Overall it was vexing to be in the midst of a Pandemic and the Hotel's cleanliness was subpar. There was a sanitizing hand wipe stand setup adjacent to the lobby elevators that someone had apparently used to vomit into, it had remained there in that condition for the duration of the day Saturday from what I witnessed, after that I only concerned myself with getting into and out of my room and out to retrieve my vehicle from Valet. The hotel is in a great location and as I said..inviting from the entrance through the lobby areas but the interior guest corridors are sketch. There was also a Police presence outside on the street throughout the day directly in front of the hotel with lights flashing constantly, in which is great but also makes you ponder what is the environment like around the hotel. Given the great location it still isn't enticing enough to warrant another stay for me. Just my experience.

5 star hotel with a 5 star experience. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Location location!!! In the heart of downtown Miami and close to everything. the hotel is impeccable!!A very busy hotel but it was fine because they are fully staffed. The valet service great, front desk great, rooms are huge and awesome, the beds are comfortable and pillows are big and thick. Not the usual run down caved inpillows you getat other hotels. Juan the bellman so personable andamazing!!! If I had to complain about anything, I would say the hallways are unnecessary cold, like freezing cold and temperature of water seems to be controlled. Because water doesn’t stay hot when taking a shower. And if I’m paying $300 a night I want a hot shower throughout. Casablanca on the bay has delicious food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star experience in a great location.You definitely get what you pay for and you get a lot. Yes I would definitely stay here again.

El Grand es un edificio de apartamentos de dueños particulares, que Hilton arrenda. El mobiliario es básico y a veces en mal estado. Lo que si tiene es buena ubicación, algunos tienen una vista preciosa de la bahía.Si el dueño del apartamento arrendado no se preocupa por tenerlo en buen estado,el hotel no puede hacer mucho.
