“I think "Grand" pretty much sums it up. this place is pretty great and they have so many different types of rooms from typical business class rooms to multi-bedroom suites which is a hard find. I also love the convenience of the restaurants and markets. We hit Tony Chan's during every visit and have always been so happy there. This hotel is a lot of fun and I've been recommending it to others for years now.”

“A acomodação em si é boa, os quartos são amplos -- o que fiquei tinha até uma vista legal da baía. Não pude aproveitar a piscina pois estava frio: entre 12 e 17 graus. Entretanto, tive uma série de contratempos que atrapalharam em muito minha viagem! 1) Apesar do hotel contar com internet no lounge e ter um office público com 3 computadores, precisava de internet no quarto para trabalhar, mas no quarto que fiquei não havia sinal nenhum. Levaram 3 dias para me trocarem de quarto. 2) Fui para o novo quarto, com internet, e a cama estava quebrada. Tiveram que trocar a cama no dia seguinte. Nota: a internet não tinha um sinal estável, contudo consegui trabalhar. 3) O banheiro estava com um vazamento e após concertarem, conseguiram entupir o ralo do banheiro. Formou-se uma poça de água suja. Era necessário aguardar 1 hora para a água descer entre um banho e outro. 4) Depois de tudo isso, ao pedir um late checkout de 2 horas (ao invés de sair 11h, sair às 13h -- nota: o checkin é somente às 16h) o gerente foi bastante insensível. Foi como se eles tivessem fazendo um favor pra mim. Só liberaram depois de eu ter que jogar na cara todo o "bom" serviço de ficar com um quarto sem internet e ter que aguardar três dias por um novo quarto, com cama quebrada e banheiro entupido. E o lema deles é "If you're not satisfied with your stay, let us know and we'll MAKE IT RIGHT". Yeah. Right! Cada erro deles a gente ganhava um cookie como "pedido de desculpas". Saí de lá obeso!”
