“The safeguards in place against the coronavirus feel sufficient. Service was exceptional. From checking in, I immediately felt welcome. The duty manager personalized the experience for me by offering available services. Wilma from the lobby lounge also provided exceptional service, she made recommendations on what best to try and was very friendly. Tess, from housekeeping, also reached out personally to check if there's anything else I needed. Guest services reached out to reschedule the room cleaning that was missed without me having to request for it. The attention to detail is truly unparalleled.”
