Estamos neste hotel. Muito decepcionado com o serviço. Nenhuma explicação sobre os serviços. Pagar café com tudo incluído. Servidor de piscina muito rude (Philippe). À noite, foi impossível encontrar uma mesa para uma bebida. Hotel para fumantes, mas deve permanecer em frente a um cinzeiro (4 cinzeiros em locais fixos) 😟

Wat een mooi hotel! Super proper en netjes. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk, van de poetsdames tot de barman, altijd werden we warm begroet en onthaald. Het eten was ook vers, lekker en dagelijks andere gerechtjes om uit te kiezen. Ook heeft het hotel een reservatie app waar je dagelijks je zonnebedje en tafeltje kan reserveren, waardoor je niet om 5u smorgens jouw handdoek moet gaan leggen. Let wel op! Mensen die een kamer met zeezicht boeken; op de boulevard zijn enkele cafeetjes en ook karaokebars. Hier hadden wij wel geluidshinder van, oorstopjes gekocht en de rest van de vakantie top geslapen in het super comfortabele bed. Wij hebben alvast genoten, een echte aanrader! ❤

Hotel ist sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gut organisiert. Ich kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Essen ist auch super lecker und immer reichlich da.

Um dos melhores hotéis desde que fomos para as Canárias. Uma pena quando o período de Covid não foi possível acessar os centros de talassoterapia. Na esperança de poder voltar ... Recomendo mesmo assim.

Estou no quarto 8023. Há um ruído de fundo que entrou em minha cabeça e não consigo mais pensar em nada além desse ruído. Não estou mais confortável no hotel! Parece barulho de algumas máquinas de lavar roupa, mas na recepção não me deram qualquer explicação, nem me deram outro quarto. Espero poder dormir bem! Isso me faz querer ir para casa!

Estoy en la habitación 8023. Se escucha un ruido de fondo que se me ha metido en la cabeza y ya no puedo pensar en otra cosa que no sea ese ruido. Ya no estoy a gusto en el hotel! Parece el ruido de unas máquinas de lavandería,pero en recepción no me han dado ninguna explicación, ni me han podido dar otra habitación. Espero poder dormir bien! Me dan ganas de irme para casa!

El hotel es muy bonito, la comida es excelente y está muy bien ubicado. Sin embargo, hay muchas otras cosas que no me gustaron. Elegí un hotel "solo adultos" con la idea de relajarme, pero la piscina está llena de adultos jugando a la pelota o a las palas. La música en la piscina es una locura, parece una discoteca al aire libre. Además, eres afortunado si consigues una hamaca libre a través de la app, no hay suficientes ni para el 50% de los huéspedes. Nos dieron una habitación que daba a los motores de otro hotel y no pegué ojo en toda la noche. Yo no lo recomiendo, no volveré.

Um hotel encantador. Minha esposa e eu acabamos de voltar da princesa Guayarmina, nossa primeira visita, que ótimo hotel, quarto agradável com uma cama confortável com chaleira fornecida e também um cofre. Havia muitas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis que foram pré-reservadas através do aplicativo. A comida era excelente e bom entretenimento noturno. O hotel também tinha uma excelente localização central, próximo à praia e rodeado por bares e restaurantes. Sem dúvida vamos voltar.

Estuvimos encantadas en nuestra estancia. Es cierto que con el tema del covid había que reservar hamacas pero si vas más tarde y hay libres puedes ocuparlas. La limpieza y el servicio increíble. Buena ubicación. Es solo para adultos pero creo que habría que poner alguna norma para que no se leve la piscina de adultos jugando con pelotas o palas. Por lo demás nos gusto mucho

Fabulous hotel stayed in sea view platinum room a excellent service by the the cleaning Team kept room immaculate Food very good especially in the Roast and Platinum restaurants again excellent service from all the staff The evening entertainment for me could have been better as we personally like music but was plenty of music in local bars Did like the saxophone entertainment played at hotel Reception staff again excellent very helpful on any issue Highly recommend the hotel hopefully be back next year Thank you for providing such a lovely holiday

The hotel is amazing. Very nice pool area! Every evening there is entertainment or live music. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are 3 different restaurants to eat in and each of them have their own specialities. I would recommend the all-in formula as the bartenders make the best cocktails!

This a brilliant hotel rooms, catering and service could not ask for more. I am a wheelchair user and nothing was to much trouble for the hotel staff to help me out if I needed. the food was amazing the rooms were of spacious size I could get my electric wheelchair around no problem I was in a standard side sea view room. I was so pleased that I have already booked up for next year and can't wait to get there.

Lovely hotel. My wife and I have just returned from the Guayarmina princess, our first visit, what a great hotel, nice room with a comfy bed with kettle provided and also a safe. There were plenty of sun beds available which were pre booked via the app. The food was excellent and good evening entertainment. The hotel was also in a great central location next to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Will definitely return.

Un excelente hotel, excelentes instalaciones nuevas,el personal muy amable,la comida está bien,fácil acceso a la playa,tienen muchas actividades,por las noches en la zona de la piscina tienen actuaciones,si llevas vehículo la zona del hotel es prácticamente imposible aparcar y el garaje que dispone el hotel las plazas son limitadas,por lo que aconsejo ponerse en contacto con el hotel,solo pongo un pequeño pero,la aplicación que dispone el hotel para la reservade hamacas en la piscina no funciona del todo bien,ha veces una reserva para dos clientes y te puedes encontrar que tú hamaca este ocupada por clientes que deciden ocupar la hamaca sin la correspondiente reserva,pero eso no quita la calidad del hotel,yo repetiría sin ninguna duda, totalmente recomendable

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Also, the architecture is impressive and therefore quite pleasant. The only things I'd like to mention are, that there are not enough sunbeds in the standard booking category available at the pool, but also in the Platinum Club infinity pool area. Probably that's also due to COVID distance regulations. The other thing is, the personnel in the restaurants is not really communicative (maybe because it's an adults only hotel, or because of the lack of English language skills). Anyways, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would like to give special thanks to the receptionist Carla, who was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended hotel, thanks!

Amazing experience in a BEAUTIFUL Hotel close to the beach and all of the activities that come with. The staff at this Hotel were immaculate! Especially Ms.Helen! The staff assured that our stay was comfortable and that our friends birthday was special. Plenty of things to do in the hotel if you don’t want to leave for the day, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just a poorly run hotel. We arrived from the UK, checking in room almost an hour, and we received no welcome pack whatsoever. We paid extra for a Sea View room, though we were allocated room 3005, staring at a cactus and white wall. The room was booked as a double for me and my girlfriend, though the room we have includes two Single beds pushed together. We came as a large group, 10 people, and we by far have the worst room, the bathroom is separated by a wall, whereas others we have done with have an open plan room and queen sized beds. We counted our lucky stars however as one couple we came with had no room at all as a booking f-up led to them sharing a room between 6 people. €1700 later they have sorted the room issue. Another couple we have met have been charged for drinks after 23:30, something that we, nor any of our group were told about, they were hit with a €100 bill at the end of the night. The food is passable, the staff (waiters, bartenders) are all lovely, the entertainment we have seen has been of mixed quality, some okay and some look like they have been dragged from the crowd. If the manager replies to this similarly to how she/he has previously, then the customer service speaks for itself.
