“The lobby and the lady checking us in were the only redeeming qualities this hotel had. Staff needs new training, I asked 2 days in a row for toilet paper. They wouldn't give a roll. Trash sat on our floor for 19 hours!! People just keep piling up and piling up more. The maids wouldn't answer you at all. They wouldn't give clean towels,”
