I have stayed at Hiltons FIFTY FIVE times in 2022 and the year is just past half over. I arrived here late at night after an 1100 mile drive. I digitally checked in as I always do, I’m government and have several hundred pounds of gear that has to come in with me. This was THE ONLY Hilton across the entire United States that as ima Diamond member all of the following happened: My room was not ready at 11pm. I HAD TO SWIPE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE IVE BEEN USING FOR EVERY STAY. AS A Diamond member, late check outs are something you should get automatically, but there are times when they can’t and I understand. However, there have times where it’s been impossible yet the staff still pulls it off! I asked for a 1PM checkout here and was told “fine but anything after 1pm and we charge you.” 1230pm the following day the linebacker maid was SLAMMING ON and trying to kick in my door long before I had to check out. I walk out to the parking lot, my government truck was THE ONLY CAR AT THE ENTIRE HOTEL. This was a massive disappointment and something I’ve never seen anywhere from Kona all the way to Boston.

Nice hotel, friendly people. Bit lax on security. While parking we noticed a guy walking through the parking lot with his hood up, when we got off the elevator he was walking down the hallway and hurried down the stairway. Perhaps you should need a room key to get past the desk to the stairs and elevator.

Very unfriendly staff. I wanted some milk one night and was refused. I walked across the street to a Hampton Inn, explained my issue and they GAVE me two at no charge. Also, the restaurant and bar were closed. At 200 dollars per night, it was one of the worst hotel deals I ever made. The clerk on duty, initials MP, was in real need of some training. TERRIBLE. Next stay in Livermore will be at the Hampton. Hilton should reevaluate their inadequate staff and provide the best service possible for their customers, especially charging too much

I was in town for a wedding and this hotel was referred by bride and groom... Great hotel! Angie was the best! So kind and helpful! :) Manager as well! They were friendly! We had plenty of laughs at the front desk! 🤣 Very pleasant stay! Rooms were clean, housekeepers were nice, they're pet friendly, and still adhere to masks policy which I love because I still wear my mask! If you're searching for a hotel and you're in the area, definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn Livermore!

This is a nicely updated with plentiful parking and easy access to the highway. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom hadn’t been fully cleaned when they checked me in, but they came to take care of the issue right away.
