“When I came to check in, I was informed that my reservation was “cancelled” and they had no rooms available. I showed the woman at the desk that on the website, my reservation was still shown as active so it made absolutely no sense, which she agreed to. After going back and forth, I ended up getting a new room and was charged over $100 more than my original booking price. Absolutely absurd. And on top of that, I was charged for BOTH bookings and am still trying (without success) to get a refund for one of the bookings- I was stuck paying over double the amount I booked for and it was not cheap. Also, I asked for late checkout and was told it would be no problem to check out at 1:00 pm. On the morning of my checkout, I woke up to housekeeping coming into my room at 11:00 am, and shortly after revived message telling me that I supposedly missed my check out time. The staff/management appear to have some organizational dysfunction and inability to resolve an issue that was their fault. However, the room itself was nice and there are many food options around the hotel.”

“This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at if not the worst hotel. The hotel is extremely run down and outdated. That could be overlooked if it was clean. There was something splattered all over the wall and curtain in my room. There is also a strange odor. The gym is very small with no wipes or spray to wipe down the equipment and they do not clean it. Half of the equipment is out of order as well. There is a coffee lid that has been in the lobby for 3 days now on one of the tables so it is obvious they do not clean that either. I am considering finding a new chain for my travel after this experience.”
