Excelente hotel. Ficamos em um quarto com muito boas acomodações. Amplo espaço interno com 2 camas de casal, bancada de apoio com televisão de 42 polegadas, 03 gavetas grandes, frigobar, cafeteira, recipiente para gelo, 01 mesa móvel, cadeira giratória, bancada dupla estofada para sentar, móvel com gaveta entre as camas com relógio despertador, telefone, 8 luminárias, várias tomadas para ligar aparelhos diversos, sistema de aquecimento e/ou refrigeração com funcionamento perfeito, guarda roupa com vários cabides, mesa e ferro de passar roupa, amplo banheiro com bancada de apoio de granito com pia, prateleira inferior de apoio, banheira e jogo de toalhas de ótima qualidade , além de diversas amenidades(secador de cabelo, sabonetes, shampoos, cremes, toalhinhas, etc). Tudo de primeira qualidade. Ótimo serviço de recepção e de quarto. Localização privilegiada, próximo de diversos museus e pontos turísticos. Vale a pena conferir e se hospedar neste hotel.

Rooms were decent sized. Our beds and pillows were AMAZING! The air conditioning was very hard to control. We froze the entire time. Also our bathroom had a light out, and only 3 drawers for 2 adults in a double bed room? Had to stay on top of housekeeping too. You have to call down every morning if you want fresh towels, etc. Even with calling, they still forgot. With all that said, I'd stay again. The bed and pillows were AMAZING!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unos pasos del mall justo donde el Museo del aire y el espacio. Las habitaciones son amplias el personal es muy amable y servicial, el precio del parking es adecuado considerando el precio de los parkings en la capital.Hay wifi gratuito y un Starbucks en el mismo hotel.

A good hotel as should be expected the rooms were decent and the overall appeal of the hotel was relatively modern. Was in town for conference and spend a decent bit of time in the conference areas they were what you would expect. Food at the hotel restaurants was OK but nothing spectacular and In the bar that was in the hotel closed relatively early. The reason for the 2 stars is that when I arrived and checked in I was given keys upon arriving to my room I found out that the room had not yet been cleaned.... I would like to say this was the only issue but one of my colleagues walked in to a room that already had another guest in it.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff was wonderful. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. The things i didn’t like: the bed was uncomfortable, the TP has to be some of the worst out there, the towels are very rough, the shower water pressure and hot water was almost not there. The hotel overall was nice, but definitely needs some updating. May consider another one next time i am in town hoping for better bed and shower.

Overall a good experience, approximately 3 blocks off of the National Mall which really helps. you have to have a key card to access the elevators for additional security. There are a couple of restaurants in the lobby. a Starbucks attached too. Do be aware there's a train line which runs behind the building, Which will start blowing the horn around 6 AM, but overall wasn't a huge problem. there's a parking deck which is about $50 per day, and it is quite tight, so if you have a larger vehicle do be careful. I would recommend parking on the The second or third level for More room.

My recent experience at the hotel in mid March was quite pleasant. The room was clean, decor was fairly up-to-date, beds were comfortable (subjectively), and the bathroom was fairly well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, this includes the cleaning crew (on the 8th floor) who would give you anything you asked for. The pandemic is not over yet, so I liked the idea of not having staff coming in every day. People complaint about the thin wall, water pressure and the train. I did experience all of the above. The thin wall didn’t bother me that much, it’s usually due to loud neighbors. For the water pressure, I just waited for the others to finish their use then take my turn, the place was packed at the time and everyone was taking shower at the same time. As for the train, the hotel unfortunately situated right next to the track so unless you are a heavy sleeper, the noises could bother some of the guests on the east side. We ended up switching to the other side and it was great! The food at the restaurant downstairs was also surprising. The taste and the price were comparable to the nearby places, if not cheaper. A Starbucks was also attached to the hotel but they do close somewhat early. As for the parking, we didn’t have a car, but once I parked at a hotel in downtown Chicago, it was over $100 a night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again for sure!

Mixed review here. To start, everyone from check in, to housekeeping, restaurant staff etc was wonderful. Loved having Starbucks right inside hotel. Breakfast buffet was expensive and very limited, but was good and filled us up each morning for our long days exploring. We ate dinner at hotel 2 nights, food was good, menu again very limited. Location was great! Close to national mall. The bad, room was small, beds hard, and overall not very clean, but not gross dirty, but could definitely improve and should. Tub/shower were kind of awful, water backs up in tub while showering.

La experiencia fue buena. El lugar estaba limpio, hubo surtido de efectos de higiene personal (jabón, papel higiénico, rasuradora, crema de afeitar). Lo único que no me gustó es que tienes que solicitar todo el tiempo el servicio a la habitación para que limpien la misma.

Foi o hotel mais perto da esplanada dos Museus , o Mall. Perto também do terminal do ônibus que vem do aeroporto para a cidade. Quartos amplos. Mas o problema é o excesso de carpets que é um suplício para os alérgicos.A recepção não é muito simpática principalmente para quem tem um inglês deficiente como eu. Voltaria a me hospedar pela localização.
