Great accomodation for a three star hotel, provides a microwave in the room and x2 bottles of water each day. Nice shampoo and conditioner, bath & body works and dove brand. Lobby has complimentary coffee, and on level 9 there’s a complimentary guest laundry. After 2 weeks of traveling the laundry facilities came in very handy. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay, only feedback for improvement / constructive criticism would be the staffs service, when we checked in and and also went back to ask the reception some questions they were talking on the cellphone to a friend, and talking to their work colleague, I feel the full attention should be on the customer you are serving, not having a private conversation while we’re there. Other than that everything else has been great so I’ve given them a 5 star rating 😊

Anticuado y falto de mantenimiento. Apenas agua en el lavabo, olor a tabaco insoportable en la habitación de no fumadores. Ruido exterior excesivo por mala insonorización. Luces en la zona de la piscina fundidas.

Very convenient location for tourists, close to the tourist attraction as well as the market place. Check-in experience was good. No in-house restaurant, coffee / tea in the lobby and room takes care of basic coffee/tea needs. The receptionist was not welcoming, no eye contact whatsoever. I specifically asked for a clean room, the best room they had, where we could rest, as we have had a long trip. It felt like we were bothering him by asking simple questions! The rooms seem clean at first sight, but the toilet lid fell off, the sheets were not clean. NOT A functioning A/C, I HAD TO CALL THE SAME RECEPTIONIST AT 10PM AS IT GOT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. MY SONS COMPLAINED OF ITCHING ALL NIGHT, ONLY TO FIND A TICK IN THE BED WHEN WE WOKE THAT MORNING! I TOOK A VIDEO, AND PICTURE TO SHOW TO THE RECEPTIONIST, WHOM ASSURED ME HE WOULD LET THE CLEANER KNOW. P.S: I would never stay at another Holiday INN, as I am still dealing with the bites. I could post pictures of my arms and back, but for what reason! Please think twice before staying here!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Check-in experience was wonderful as Robert was friendly, welcoming, informative and professional. But the check-out experience was Dana was the complete opposite. Felt as if she shouldn't be in the hospitality trade as she was the complete opposite of what hospitality and service should represent. Even prior to checking out, when we walked into the hotel during our stay and said "hello" she didn't respond nor smile. The experiences we remember when we leave is how people make us feel during our stay and due to her, we will not stay there again. We had 2 rooms and both had cleanliness issues. The hotel surely needs some upgrading as it seems aged. The hotel is conveniently located and the room had complimentary water, a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathroom amenities also included a mouthwash. A huge thanks to Robert for being pleasant and courteous. Your professionalism and courtesy was appreciated by everyone in our group. There are quite a few other hotels around this area. We will surely stay at one of those next time we visit as our overall experience was below average.

O hotel foi reinaugurado faltando tudo, restaurante, banheiros no primeiro piso, serviço de quarto. Peguei uma estadia q dizia café e cheguei lá eram vouchers para ir em um determinado lugar pegar as cousas( uma quadra) .Lá era uma casa de bagel e sanduíches,meu café e iogurte ,frutas. Fiquei insatisfeita vom a colocação da gerência e n resolveram meu problema. Quarto bom, novo, toalhas boas

Todo estaba sucio!! Dicen que limpian cada 2 días, pero realmente solo sacan la basura y tienden las camas... ves mugre por todas partes! No aspiran, ni barren ni trapean!! Es desagradable! No ofrecen desayuno a pesar de que la reserva decía que si, las personas de la recepción son odiosas y groseras en su forma de hablar. NO lo recomiendo, es una ciudad muy bonita para un hotel tan malo! Seguro encuentran algo mucho mejor por ese mismo precio! La estación del bus y del metro quedan lejos ... nada amigable...

Room was average. Beds where small. Bathroom was not average. Had mini fridge and safe. Hotel looked nicer on outside then it was inside. Rooftop pool was not amazing, just felt like a poorly invested backyard pool. Parking structure was extremely tight quarters. 3-6 point turns required in most spots. Surrounding area had multiple incidents of violence and at least one homeless man digging through trash outside. Location was excellent for walking to tourist spots but a mile+ after walking the mall all day isnt for everyone. Staff was amazing though. Nice polite and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again but not unhappy I did. More disappointed I didn't find better.

Hotel is convenient for shops and rooms are comfortable and clean. Roof pool is fabulous. However the parking is not designed well at all and the spacesare narrow. The one major issue I had is the vending machines on each floor. Half of them were out of order and some of the ones that were operating didn’t work properly either. Some weren’t operating at all they were just turned off. I purchased a drink that was priced at $1.25. I put in one dollar and a quarter and the machine didn’t register the money. I pressed a button that was supposed to return the money in coins and it only gave me 90 cents. So I didn’t get 35 cents that I should’ve rightfully got handed back.

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, our rooms were given away when we arrived. Then, we were given room keys for an already occupied room (apologies to the people we woke up). The room we finally got into was musty and had several power outlets nonfunctional. I expect better for over $200 per night. Ironing board and two luggage stands were handy. Bath&Body Works amenities were nice. I appreciate that room service only comes upon request.

Could tell it was recently renovated and that some things had been rushed. Beds were clean and rooms were fairly clean as well. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The pool area on the roof was beautiful, got some amazing sunset pictures from up there! My only complaint was that the parking garage was very poorly laid out. It had super tight corners, a single lane, and very narrow parking spots. We drove a minivan and almost got stuck in the ramp because we couldn’t make a turn. When we did park, the parking spot was the exact size of the vehicle leaving almost no room to open doors. Very nerve wracking. $47/night seemed like a lot for such a terrible ramp. Besides the ramp, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again (just maybe with a different car or no car at all 😂)

Many good restaurants, 2 blocks away make up for the absence of a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are well furnished. A roof top pool is good for relaxing.

Hice la reserva y me cobraron por 3 noches. Para 2 adultos y 1 niño. Llegamos al hotel en la fecha 21 de diciembre y nos encontramos que estaba cerrado por el estado hace mucho tiempo. Esa noche llame al número que indicaba la reserva y nadie atendió, al día siguiente volví a llamar y me dijeron que yo me había hospedado y que ya me retire del hotel por un problema y que me iban a devolver 2 noches de alojamiento. Son unos estafadores

Me encantó todo, la atención es excelente. El personal habla español e inglés, está muy bueno por si tu inglés no es el mejor como el mío. Aunque no elegimos una habitación con desayuno incluido lo pagamos y quedamos muy satisfechos. Las habitaciones son excelentes en todo sentido. Ya habíamos visitado la cadena Holiday Inn pero no en Washington. Me voy sorprendida por el excelente servicio ya que es uno de los más económicos. Me llevo un sowvenir para el camino.
