Excelente hotel. Muito próximo ao metrô. Café da manhã delicioso com frutas, paes deliciosos, uma variedade incrível de queijos e embutidos. O bolinho de batata é delicioso. O almoço e jantar lá também é muito bem servido.

I use this hotel when I come to Düsseldorf Christmas markets that open in November. Yes it’s out the way and takes around 25 minutes to get to the markets but that doesn’t bother me, it’s close to the train station to get to the airport and you get to look at other shops on way to the markets. It’s a nice clean, friendly warm hotel.

The soap bottle and the shampoo bottle in my room and my room key kept not working so i had to go reception 3 times, i cant say this was my best experince. The hotel is relatively close to the city center, it only took about 15-20 minutes for me to walk to the center.

Stayed here for 4 nights & everything was pretty much perfect. Large clean, modern room had all essentials including fridge & some complimentary drinks, room safe, ironing board, large comfortable bed with more than enough bedding & pillows & large good quality TV. Bathroom was very clean & modern. Room was serivced each day & any coffee used etc replaced. Breakfast was excellent with good quality cold & hot food choices with plenty of options. Breakfast hall is on first floor with plenty of space. Hotel is a short walk from Wehrhahn S Bahn station with several U Bahn services also stopping on the nearby bridge over the rail line which is less than 5 minutes away. Surrounding area is mainly apartments & a couple more hotels & fairly quiet - not sure if you can here railway from front facing rooms I found all staff to be friendly & helpful. Only small issue i returned to hotel late a couple of evenings & there wasn't much to eat but bar was still open. HI's are normally top end of my hotels budget & this one was up to usual good standard & I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Nice, modern room, friendly staff, clean, not too far from the city centre, quiet, despite of the train tracks, very good breakfast. Easy to reach from the airport. To be recommended!

Perfect. Great location, clean modern rooms, and a really good slate of amenities. Only issue is that the breakfast is a bit expensive when there are cheaper options just around the corner. But all in all a great option. I don't stay anywhere else.

3.5 rounded up. New, clean hotel. Breakfast is too expensive (21€)…and it isn’t even special. Got disturbed by housekeeping at 8am, she knocked and immediately opened the door. Good location

The hotel is new The service is very average The waiters don't really serve. If you are more than one person they just put the food and drinks on the table and you distribute In breakfast the selection of food is really good but don't expect anyone to come and ask what do you like to order or even clear your table. No room service but they charge an extra 5 euro to bring your food to the room from the restaurant Reception are friendly but don't make efforts. Housekeeping is very average But the hotel and rooms were clean. From what i understand this is the way in the whole area. To them that's the service and that is their idea of good hospitality. When we travel a lot and see a lot you know the difference but you learn toaccept it because the city has other strong points where they excel.hospitality is not one of them :) All and all it's good O hotel é novo O serviço é bem mediano Os garçons realmente não servem. Se você é mais de uma pessoa eles apenas colocam a comida e bebida na mesa e você distribui No café da manhã, a seleção de comida é muito boa, mas não espere que alguém venha perguntar o que você gostaria de pedir ou até mesmo limpar sua mesa. Não há serviço de quarto, mas eles cobram 5 euros extras para levar sua comida para o quarto do restaurante A recepção é amigável, mas não faz esforços. A arrumação é muito média Mas o hotel e os quartos eram limpos. Pelo que entendi, esse é o caminho em toda a área. Para eles, esse é o serviço e essa é a ideia de boa hospitalidade. Quando viajamos muito e vemos muito sabe a diferença mas aprende a aceitar porque a cidade tem outros pontos fortes onde se destacam. a hospitalidade não é um deles :) Tudo e tudo é bom

El hotel se siente como nuevo. Ubicado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación del metro y de tram que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y con la estación central. La habitación es de buen tamaño con con todo lo necesario: cama muy cómoda y baño amplio y limpio. El restaurante para el desayuno tiene un buffet bastante variado y el restaurante y bar del hotel con muy buen servicio. Tiene gimnasio con pesas y 5 aparatos para hacer ejercicio cardiovascular.
