“We actually stayed at this hotel for a family member's wedding. Our stay was incredibly nice! The front desk and bar was always filled with awesome, friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were great, as well as, comfortable making for a great sleep. We were actually provided 2 adjoining rooms due to the original room I booked not being available, which was fantastic! The wedding was decorated beautifully and every guest was treated with respect, kindness and able to fully enjoy a special evening. The breakfast was always hot and tasted great and the spa in the pool area was fantastic, very relaxing and warm!!!This hotel was wonderful and provided an excellent atmosphere filled with warmth and happiness while providing beautiful Christmas decors from your balcony view to make for a great place to celebrate New Years Eve!”

“This is the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel. When checking in they ran my first credit card, system was having issues, so then I gave them my second credit card and that one went through. I check and there are two pending transactions. I go address it, and they weren't helpful they were very rude, so rude I decided to wait until check out to address it again. Checking out I address it, oh we can't do anything about the other card pending transaction you'll just have to wait till it comes off your card. Again, not helpful, very rude, absolutely no good customer service. So I contact Corporate for Holiday Inn, after being transferred, getting put on hold, I speak with someone she put me on hold came back on the phone asked me the same questions again,put me on hold again, she was confused I asked for a supervisor,she stated she was the supervisor. Mind you I've had to explain to her a couple of times why I was calling. Later after being on the phone for 30 minutes I was told she could not help me that I needed to contact hotels.com to assist me. Which I told her from the start I booked through hotels.com.Here I am now with one of my credit cards with a pending transaction that will not be released for probably two weeks and absolutely no customer service willing to help me. Also, The check in process was not smooth at all, they acted irritated they didn't have the right room reserved, so they gave me someone else's room.”
