Ótimo hotel centralmente localizado em DFW. Quartos muito impressionantes; Reservei a suíte com varanda e não me lembro de ter conseguido um valor melhor na área de Dallas. Great hotel centrally located in DFW. Very impressive rooms; I booked the suite with a balcony and I can’t remember getting a better value in the Dallas area. Indoor pool and very large courtyard with a fire pit. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet shouldn’t be missed.

This is the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel. When checking in they ran my first credit card, system was having issues, so then I gave them my second credit card and that one went through. I check and there are two pending transactions. I go address it, and they weren't helpful they were very rude, so rude I decided to wait until check out to address it again. Checking out I address it, oh we can't do anything about the other card pending transaction you'll just have to wait till it comes off your card. Again, not helpful, very rude, absolutely no good customer service. So I contact Corporate for Holiday Inn, after being transferred, getting put on hold, I speak with someone she put me on hold came back on the phone asked me the same questions again,put me on hold again, she was confused I asked for a supervisor,she stated she was the supervisor. Mind you I've had to explain to her a couple of times why I was calling. Later after being on the phone for 30 minutes I was told she could not help me that I needed to contact hotels.com to assist me. Which I told her from the start I booked through hotels.com.Here I am now with one of my credit cards with a pending transaction that will not be released for probably two weeks and absolutely no customer service willing to help me. Also, The check in process was not smooth at all, they acted irritated they didn't have the right room reserved, so they gave me someone else's room.

Já me hospedei várias vezes neste lugar e nunca desilude. Equipe incrível! Friendly., hotel limpo com piscina interior e banheira de hidromassagem. Grande área de estar externa com lareira. Miss Jackie é apenas um diamante. Bar e café da manhã são ótimos. Este é o meu lugar para ficar.

I have stayed at this place several times and it never disappoints. Awesome staff! Friendly., clean hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Great outside seating area with fireplace. Miss Jackie is just a diamond. Bar and breakfast are great. This my spot to stay.

We actually stayed at this hotel for a family member's wedding. Our stay was incredibly nice! The front desk and bar was always filled with awesome, friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were great, as well as, comfortable making for a great sleep. We were actually provided 2 adjoining rooms due to the original room I booked not being available, which was fantastic! The wedding was decorated beautifully and every guest was treated with respect, kindness and able to fully enjoy a special evening. The breakfast was always hot and tasted great and the spa in the pool area was fantastic, very relaxing and warm!!!This hotel was wonderful and provided an excellent atmosphere filled with warmth and happiness while providing beautiful Christmas decors from your balcony view to make for a great place to celebrate New Years Eve!

When I say southern hospitality I mean my God! What an immaculate place to visit. Everything was spotless, Ms.Jackie should be the manager or something she was all over the place working every single area and not once did I hear her complain or get frustrated with anything. Compared to where I’m from she almost made me want to move to Irving from Miami. The lady at the front desk also was phenomenal. Just book the place and stop deliberating. Chef Saul was stupendous, Brandy is also great.

Hola! Yo hice una reservación una semana antes, de ir a hospedarme en el hotel Holiday Inn Colinas, Irving, TX. Cuando llego al hotel, me dicen que no tengo ninguna reservación con ellos, ya dándole el # de reserva y mi Id, y a parte la persona que me atendió llamado Ryan, es un Grosero, sin educación, no sabe atender a los huéspedes, de carisma no tiene Nada. Corrió del hotel a mi cuñada ya que me estaba traduciendo,porque como la reservación no estaba a su nombre,ella no tenía que hacer nada ahí. Me vendió una habitación más cara que como yo la había conseguido anteriormente y me la cobro a mi tarjeta, ya que tuve que llamar al banco para que cancelaran esa transacción. Un mal rato, no le recomiendo ese hotel a nadie, para mi tiene 0.
