Very very clean and friendly staff!! I noticed this hotel does stay busy and has constant traffic but that does not degrade their customer service or your wait time! They have complimentary breakfast, a meeting room, computers you can use, and surprisingly a full gym. This location is super close to really good food also!!! You cannot checkout after 12:30 and they don’t offer half days, but the more days you stay at any of these hotels the less it costs for each night.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean (mugs were a bit sticky) but other than that is was hard to find a flaw. Didnt have the normal musty hotel smell. The sheets,bed, and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was really clean. The breakfast was really good! It is not often I say it is worth the price and must be managed well.

Great experience overall. The rooms were very clean, modern, and the floor plan maximized the space in the room. The lobby was spacious and luxurious, and there was an excellent space outside the front entrance with fireside seating. Friendly staff, and the rates were decent considering the location and time of year.

The stay itself was fine. The staff was nice and the room and amenities were decent. I originally booked the room for 2 nights. I wasn't able to arrive for the first night. Instead, I arrived the following morning, fully expecting to pay for both nights. I was told I was considered a "no-show" for the one night. When I got home from my stay I noticed I was charged for the 2 nights and then for another night. I essentially paid for 3 nights even though I stayed for one night. I was fully expecting to pay for the 2 nights I had reserved. I called that day and the front desk person said she would discuss with the manager and that I should call back in a couple of days. I called back in a couple of days and the front desk person consulted with the assistant manager and said there's nothing that could be done to remove the charge for the one night. Nobody said anything about this when I was checking into the hotel or checking out. Next I will be calling Hilton directly instead of this specific property. Unacceptable.

A modern and clean hotel with nice in room amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing that kept it from a five-star was that my room was close to the lobby, which I didn't mind. I didn't hear any of the guests getting their breakfast, but I did hear all the employees as they were cleaning up the breakfast area. Not a huge deal, I just work late and normally sleep in a little later.

Very nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Kids had a blast in the indoor pool. Very clean and room was big enough that with 2 adults and 2 teens, we weren't crowding each other.

Absolutely awful! If you like hotels packed with sports teams that run through the hallways all evening, then this is the place for you. Let's not forget the adults on the back patio blasting music and making as much noise as the kids. It's ashame, as this is one of the nicer hotels in the area. My advice to management would be to proactively work with groups/teams on expected standards of conduct.

Where do I even begin? My friends and I were heading to Big Rapids MI. Our car broke down and I called this hotel. We had 5 people and two dogs and they were more than happy to help us. The car took longer than expected and we had no choice but to stay there and my group of friends and I were okay with that. The hotel has a pool, a BBQ area, a fitness area and a nice lounge area by the fire which we ended our nights/early mornings there everynight. Every employee was very sweet and took great care of us. I was afraid with the car being broke down most of the trip that it was gonna be a disaster but it wasn't at all. The employees here were awesome, the breakfast was also good even though they are only serving cold items right now. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I loved this hotel.

Brand new hotel with smart design rooms and welcoming lobby. The genius who designed the layout put a full glass wall and exit door on one side of the pool area. This allowed for parents to be out on the patio and watch our children swim. We could also prop open the exit door to provide ventilation in the pool area. Such a smart design!!

I've stayed at this hotel for a little over 2 months, so I confidently endorse staying here. The housekeeping staff are prompt and helpful. The building itself is in a prime location. The overnight gentleman is the bomb. He's attentive and friendly. He's knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I complained about a few noisy residents one weekend, and he was polite but firm with them. The staff and building are great. While in the military, I stayed at maybe 10 hotels, and this one is better than any of them.

Love Hilton! This place was very nice and affordable! Great service, people are friendly, best weight room I've seen in a hotel in a while. Pool was on the smaller side but it was open! No hot tub. Lobby area was very nice and clean. Room was state of the art, with a midsized fridge and a dishwasher! You could live here for a month and feel right at home!
