Antigo hotel barulhento e fedorento com sinais de alerta de câncer, causando materiais de construção em desacordo com as leis do estado da Califórnia. Meh pequeno-almoço com funcionários rudes. Não há serviço de limpeza durante toda a estadia e não há entrega de itens essenciais no quarto. O transporte para o aeroporto opera apenas algumas horas .. tivemos que viajar no meio do dia!

Muito voltado para a família, o serviço é de primeira qualidade. A equipe é doce e composta, o café da manhã é básico e direto. O cavalheiro que supervisiona a sala de jantar durante o café da manhã é muito teórico e cortês. A localização é perfeita, perto da costa e de uma bela ciclovia. Perto do Mercado Noturno, onde você pode comprar comida deliciosa. Há também um pequeno distrito de restaurantes com uma grande variedade de alimentos. A única desvantagem foi que eu reservei um quarto King no último andar com uma vista, mas quando chegamos, fomos informados de que eles estavam esgotados. O processo de check-in pode ser melhor - ex. Opções de limpeza e resumo das comodidades. Por último, a piscina está disponível mediante pedido, bem como o centro de fitness. No geral, 4 de 5 estrelas. A questão da limpeza é mais sobre os hóspedes do que o hotel - digamos que as pessoas podem estar sujas. O hotel pode investir na limpeza de carpetes e estofados com mais frequência. E cobrar das pessoas que deixam manchas prejudiciais nas superfícies. O 5 estrelas 🌟 é para me permitir ter meu cachorro comigo :)

Old dated smelly noisy hotel with warning signs of cancer causing building materials in non-compliance with california state laws. Meh breakfast with rude staff. No housekeeping during entire stay and no room delivery of essentials. Airport shuttle operates only few hours .. we had to uber in the middle of the day!

Very family oriented, the service is top notch. Staff is sweet and composed, the breakfast is basic and straight forward. The gentleman who oversees the dining area during breakfast is very theral and courteous. Location is perfect, near the shoreline and a nice bike walk Pathway. Close to the Night Market where you can get yummy food. There is also a small restaurant district with a diverse variety of foods. The only downside was that I reserved a King room on a top floor with a view but when we arrived we were told they were sold out. The check in process can be better- ex. Housekeeping options and amenities summary. Lastly pool is available upon request as well as the fitness center. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. The cleanliness issue is more on the guests than the hotel- let's just say people can be dirty. Hotel can invest in getting the carpets and upholstery cleaned more often. And charge folks who leave damaging stains on surfaces. The 5 star 🌟 is for allowing me to have my dog with me :)

Ótimo hotel com uma equipe muito acolhedora. Café e café da manhã era perfeito. Eu tenho um cachorro, e a trilha para caminhada do outro lado da rua ao longo da água era maravilhosa. O quarto era limpo, grande e silencioso. A cama era muito confortável. Tudo que eu precisava foi fornecido.

Os quartos pareciam imundos. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos e abarrotados de móveis. Todo o lugar parece degradado por dentro. Nossos móveis tinham manchas no estofamento. Parece nojento aqui. Não há armários! Não há onde pendurar jaquetas ou roupas. Este não é o padrão do Hilton. Não ficamos a semana inteira, fizemos o check-out 4 dias antes. A recepção é muito doce, pessoal é excelente, mas não estávamos de todo confortável no quarto.

I am 90% sure this hotel is part of the homeless housing project. The room smell horrible and the noise is horrendous.People partying and drinking, very high rates and very inconsiderate and loud guests. Most people walking the halls look suspiciously like tweekers and addicts. Don't stay here....but beware, SAN FRANCISCO IS HOUSING HOMELESS DRUG ADDICTS IN MANY HOTELS IN THE AREA. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This rate was INSANE for how horrible of a stay this was. Dirty, old, outdated, loud & uncomfortable.

Great Hotel with very welcoming staff. Coffee and breakfast was perfect. I have a dog, and the walking trail across the street along the water was wonderful. The room was clean, large and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided.

The rooms felt unclean. The rooms are extremely small and crammed with furniture. The whole place looks run down inside. Our furniture had stains in the upholstery. Just feels gross in here. There are no closets! No where to hang up your jackets or clothes. This is not Hilton standard at all. We didn’t stay the entire week, we checked out 4 days early. The front desk is really sweet, staffing is great but we were not at all comfortable in the room.

Ficou duas noites. No fim de semana passado, enquanto viajava para LA. O quarto era perfeito. Mas tenha em mente que este lugar fica no meio do nada. Há um McDonald's nas proximidades, mas você precisa dirigir. Há a enseada do oceano do outro lado da rua, o que tornou perfeito para passear com o cachorro. Há grama designada para animais de estimação do lado de fora com sacos de cocô. Não me lembro qual era a taxa do animal de estimação de US $ 125, eu acho. Mas, em suma, uma ótima estadia. Recomendaria se você quiser ficar fora do barulho da cidade, gente de tudo. Mas ainda assim uma estadia fantástica. Pessoal muito amigável. O quarto era ótimo.

The only concern I had due to covid I thought the cleanliness of the room would have been up to par. Dishes left in dishwasher and scum still on utensils. Also, requested for maintenance to come and fix our bathroom sink and nobody came to assess the situation.

Stayed two nights. This past weekend while traveling to LA. The room was perfect. But keep in mind this place is in the middle of nowhere. There is a McDonald's nearby but you have to drive. There is the ocean inlet across the street which made for walking our dog perfect. There is grass designated for pets outside with poop bags. I don't remember what the pet fee was $125 I think. But all in all a great stay. Would recommend if you want to be out of the noise of the city, people everything. But still a fantastic stay. Very friendly staff. Room was great.

Just to clarify, I give the service at this hotel 4 stars. The front desk employees were rather helpful, not overly friendly, but not distant or unkind either. The male employee that works the breakfast each morning was phenomenal. He was so kind and fun. Other then that, I highly recommend going elsewhere. The hotel is so old. It really needs updating. It looks and smells outdated. There were stains on our carpet. Mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Old bed. And our particular room was right next to the train that goes by several times a day/night. I requested a different room that wasn’t by the train as I had 4 children and needed them to sleep well, we never heard back. The swimming pool is small and only 3’ deep, no hot tub. The breakfast is sub par at best. Fresh eggs/turkey sausage then oatmeal packets and packaged bagels. Juice boxes were room temperature thrown into a bin filled with ice. I thought I could trust the Hilton name and was very disappointed upon arrival. Had we not paid a non refundable price we would’ve gone elsewhere.

No había información acerca de cómo era o es el nuevo servicio de limpieza al curto. Después de estar afuera todo el día y al llegar el cuarto está igual que como se dejó sucio. La suit está grande y cómoda pero necesitábamos usar el sofá cama y no había ropa para prepararlo y después de varios viajes a la recepción para pedir amenidades a los recepcionistas no les Intereso para nada como iba la estadía. Parqueo $15 solo para que sepan del cargo. Piscina cerrada y el desayuno es el mismo todos los días.

I really liked the location. The room had a horrible fish smell. We had to get moved to another room because it was that bad. They charge you for parking which is terrible!

Nothing! It was extremely noisy and the pull out bed was so uncomfortable. We didn't stay the 2nd night we chose to check out early. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. Horrible

Reservamos habitación para 4 personas, dos adultos y dos niños, la habitación muy chica para 4; solo 2 sillas para sentarse a la mesa. Solo había 3 toallas de baño; no había sábanas para las niñas. El personal nocturno poco amigable. Alfombras viejas y manchadas. Desayuno muy bueno y el personal de la cocina excelente. Buscar donde estacionar fue una tarea ardua y cocheras muy pero muy estrechas.

The front desk doesn't meet hospitality standard among other Homewood Suites Hotels. When we requested for replacement of clean bedding sheets and extra comforter for our kids who would sleep in the sofa bed, they were not willing to help.

El hotel está bastante bien ubicado ya que se encuentra cerca de San Francisco. Los desayunos son poco más de lo esperado y la limpieza en alberca y habitaciones es algo que lo distingue de otros.
