“I staying here on a Thursday night (now early Friday) as I type this. The vibe on my floor (3rd) is like a college frat house.
There is little noise proofing so I’ve been listening to drunken guests talking in the hallway while canoodling, and listening to the people across the hall talking loudly in their room.
I went to the desk clerk to complain and to ask about another room. They are full up, but the staff hasn’t made much if any effort to quiet things down.
The room itself is fine. The location is good.
I like staying at IBIS properties, you generally can expect a good experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say this stay has been living up to my usual IBIS expectations.
The staff really needs to get proactive in maintaining a quieter environment. I wasn’t aware IBIS is turning into a party hotel.”

“The hotel was in a great position for walking to all places of interest. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room - clean, light and airy, well ventilated with windows which can be opened and a good heater. Bed very comfortable, extra pillows provided in room. Excellent shower and soap/shampoo provided plus clean towels. Very good size TV. Breakfast was lovely with lots of spacious seating, excellent choice of hot food plus cereals, fruit, bread, croissants with choices of tea and coffee. Overall very good value and would highly recommend.”
