“Nice rooms but they are not cleaned during your stay. You must request fresh towels . The bar food is absolutely horrible the pizza taste like frozen microwave pizza ,the cheeseburger is hard and dry. The breakfast sausage, eggs bagels and oatmeal where good but the French toast was hard and dry. The Hyatt at one time stood for luxury and 5 star Hotels. Not sure what happened to this place.”

“We used Hyatt House White Plains for our wedding room block - it was perfect! Christine was so wonderful to work with! And Dank, the manager, was great! He went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great stay, and even helped a family member that needed medical services. Hyatt House White Plains was the best decision, their patio area is perfect for hanging - including the BBQ grills available for guests to use! Thanks for everything!”
