“Receptionist Semyon was mean, rude and overzealous. Very much in the tradition of hostile soviet customer service circa 1989. I was surprised to meet him here at Hyatt, god damn, not the Zhemchuzhina down the alley. Doesn’t speak well about the control of quality at Hyatt here. Will certainly stay elsewhere next time I’m in Sochi”
