“I had the most wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. The location could have not been more perfect, the hotel is stunning but most of all the team is extraordinary. They went above and beyond to meet every one of my requests and the best part they did it with a smile. In Room Dining service was so prompt, Camelia breakfast was delicious and service was excellent, the ambiance of the garden could have not been more perfect. Adrian at the Concierge was able to secure some of the best restaurants for us and Alexia helped with our last minute reservation for tea at Ritz. House car was such a bonus and Door Staff always tried to get it for us without having to ask. It was my friend's birthday during the stay and they were so sweet to arrange a birthday amenity along with a card, the acknowledgment was fantastic. There is no better place to stay when in Paris. Unlike a lot of the palace hotels in Paris that feel a little pompous, this was such a perfect oasis in the middle of Paris. Cannot say thank you enough for a perfect stay!”
