“Our stay was good and could have been better for 5 stars
Here are few things that can be improved:
- no room service done even after requesting a day in advance. It was done later after when we came back and had to call front desk multiple times
- after room service was done, coffee supplies were not refilled
- used glasses were not replaced
- trash from the bin was not removed
- no chairs in the balcony
- lastly not a deal breaker but a hot tub around the pool was missing”

Foi feito mais tarde, quando voltamos e tivemos que ligar para a recepção várias vezes - após o serviço de quarto, os suprimentos de café não foram reabastecidos - óculos usados não foram substituídos - o lixo da lixeira não foi removido - sem cadeiras na varanda - por último, não é um disjuntor, mas uma banheira de hidromassagem ao redor da piscina estava faltando”
