“Our room smelt very mouldy which was quite unpleasant. In hindsight we should have asked to be moved as our friends’ room didn’t smell at all. We were in 1517 which had a better view of Bangkok than our friends’, room 1515. The room itself was big enough, the bathroom had good amenities and the bedroom had lock out blinds. Air conditioner worked really well. Breakfast was very average. There was never anything different from day to day and the coconut soup looked like it was served up 4 days in a row before being refreshed. As it has chicken in it, I think we would have been very sick eating this. Staff were always polite and friendly.”

“I would give it 5 stars if not for the reception's poor and upsetting attitude. The hotel is quite new, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated and the location is very good; in a tourists' area with many bars and restaurants and close to the Skyline station. BUT, AND THIS A BIG ONE, the treatment we received didn't fit a respectful hotel. We booked and paid for 3 rooms, each for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 kids ages 9 to 12. The hotel confirmed our booking but didn't bring additional beds for the kids. When we inquired about the beds, the incredible answer was THE KIDS ARE PAID FOR BUT NOT THE BEDS. IF YOU WANT BEDS FOR THE KIDS, YOU HAVE TO PAY$40 FOR EACH BED. never in my life i've experienced anything like this. The hotel represents a price for 3 or 4 guests but it expects the kids to sleep in the parents' bed or on the floor. Otherwise, the price increases by 50% to 100%. This is nothing but a deceit. We were exhausted after a night flight and they refused to bring in the beds unless we arrive st the reception and pay the extra price. This was more than frustrating. After a few hours following our strict complaints they suggested to upgrade us to a better room for the extra price paid. But overall, this not the service you expect to receive from a high class hotel. I wonder if this is the hotel's official policy or just a poor conduct by the local management but surely this was a very poor and aggrevaiting experience.”
