“The Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort treated us very well from the beginning. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and the resort was beautiful. We unfortunately went during the rainy season and had a few days of rain, and were not able to see the sunset view. However, when the sun was out, the Villa and surrounding resort was absolutely beautiful. The housekeeping Manager, Chathura was extremely thorough and made sure his team was on top of everything. They kept our room clean and ready on a daily basis, and we were really impressed with their attention to detail. We had a slight issue with our domestic flight as they were delayed due to a system error and we almost missed it. I would suggest if you have a destination that requires transfers that you book an earlier flight on your last day rather than leave it up to the last minute. Overall, the resort was amazing, staff was warm and welcoming, and the food choices were awesome. The Executive Chef came out to meet us and have a conversation, and that was really nice of them to do.”
