The staff at reception are very friendly and have an impossible task as the hotel needs completely gutted and refurbished, the carpets smell rotten and the odour is very unpleasant throughout the hotel. The poor staff must be sick of complaints and seem almost defenceless. The food is shockingly bad so much so we didn’t eat what was served. The owners MUST KNOW they have issues and seem happy to carry on taking bookings for a DIRTY RUN DOWN HOTEL with rubbish food. My advice would be avoid this hotel until it has a complete make over and new owners.

Excelente localização em Perth, os quartos também são brilhantes, embora pudessem ser pintados, ficamos em um quarto no ano anterior e, felizmente, conseguimos o mesmo quarto, que adoramos, um ano depois para o nosso aniversário. A mesma mancha na parede, no entanto, ainda estava presente. O serviço também foi excelente, no entanto, para uma cadeia de hotéis desse tipo, a lavagem a seco não estava disponível. O café da manhã foi excelente. [Estilo Buffet] O hotel também foi conhecido por quão bom cheirava quando você entrava pela porta da frente. O hotel também dispõe de um riacho correndo por baixo, o que contribui para o ambiente.

Excellent location in perth, the rooms are also brilliant although they could do with some paint, we stayed in a room the year prior and luckily got the same room, which we loved, a year later for our anniversary. The same stain on the wall however was still present. The service was also excellent however for a hotel chain of this sort, dry cleaning was unavailable. Breakfast was excellent. [Buffet style] The hotel was also noted for how good it smelled when you walked in the front door. Hotel also features a stream running underneath it which adds to the ambience.

Ganhei um chá da tarde. Belo cenário, parte de um antigo moinho. Você pode ver onde estava a antiga roda d'água e ver o rio correndo sob o hotel. O serviço foi bom, assim como a comida. Comeu muito totalmente recheado

Os quartos e banheiros precisam de uma reforma futura, mas para seu crédito, eles são limpos, arrumados e o colchão na cama era firme para o meu gosto! O grande vencedor que me traria de volta seria a equipe que trabalha no hotel. Eu nunca conheci um grupo de pessoas mais amáveis e depois de cada interação, fui embora pensando “que pessoa adorável”. Como viajante individual, foi bom se sentir bem cuidado e confortável se sentir seguro. O restaurante tem uma resposta mista minha, então eu diria que é média. O menu não é empolgante ou interessante, como alguém que fica quatro noites, não estava ansioso para escolher minha refeição e se não fosse o clima, teria me aventurado em outro lugar. O café da manhã era bastante oleoso, mas de outra forma ótimo custo-benefício.

Las habitaciones y los baños necesitan una renovación próxima, pero para su crédito, están limpios, ordenados y el colchón de la cama era firme para mi gusto. El gran ganador que me traería de vuelta es el equipo que trabaja en el hotel. Nunca conocí a un grupo de personas tan encantadoras y después de cada interacción, me alejaba pensando "qué persona tan encantadora". Como viajero solo, fue agradable sentirse atendido y sentirse cómodo sintiéndose seguro. El restaurante tiene una respuesta mixta de mi parte, así que diría promedio. El menú no es emocionante ni interesante, como alguien que se quedó cuatro noches, no tenía ganas de elegir mi comida y, de no haber sido por el clima, me habría aventurado a otro lado. El desayuno era bastante aceitoso pero por lo demás una gran relación calidad-precio.

The rooms and bathrooms do need the upcoming refurb but to their credit, they are clean, tidy and the mattress on the bed was firm to my tastes! The big winner that would bring me back are the team working at the hotel. I have never met a group of lovelier people and after every interaction, I walked away thinking “ what a lovely person”. As a solo traveller, it was nice to feel looked after and be comfortable feeling safe. Restaurant has mixed response from me so I’d say average. The menu isn’t exciting or interesting, as someone staying four nights, I didn’t look forward to choosing my meal and had it not been for weather, I’d have ventured elsewhere. Breakfast was quite oily but otherwise great value for money.

Had a gift of afternoon tea. Beautiful setting, part of an old mill. You can see where the old water wheel was and see the river running under the hotel. Service was good as was the food. Ate to much totally stuffed

O hotel está em uma boa localização e parece bonito do lado de fora. No entanto, funcionários hostis e quartos que não correspondem em nada à imagem do Mercure. Um pouco de refresco seria bom, e especialmente para rever o isolamento entre os quartos. Muito longa espera à noite no restaurante.

O nosso quarto era espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. Chegou de manhã no final da manhã, a recepção foi deplorável, com uma secretária que nos deixou claro que não tínhamos nada para fazer lá! Ah e para as explicações no mapa da cidade ou outro, foi útil mostrar os flyers.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación y se ve bonito desde el exterior. Sin embargo, personal antipático y habitaciones que no se corresponden en absoluto con la imagen de Mercure. Un poco de refrigerio estaría bien, y sobre todo revisar el aislamiento entre las habitaciones. Espera muy larga por la noche en el restaurante.

A comida é excelente e os funcionários - uma menção especial a Anna no restaurante - todos os funcionários são simpáticos e eficientes e achei o serviço perfeito! ! Minhas únicas reclamações são em relação aos quartos - cansado é uma palavra educada para usar - no meu quarto No.26 a janela não podia ser fechada corretamente e as cortinas tinham buracos neles !! é tudo um pouco datado e realmente poderia fazer uma grande reforma, incluindo a obtenção de um estacionamento maior, pois o estacionamento é minúsculo! ! Eu não marquei mais porque achei a equipe e a comida realmente ótimas !!!

The food is excellent and so are the staff - A special mention to Anna in the restaurant - all the staff are friendly and efficient though and i found the service to be perfect !! My only complaints are regards the rooms - tired is a polite word to use - in my room No.26 the window couldn't be closed properly and the curtains had holes in them !! it's all a bit dated and really could do with a massive refurbishment including getting a bigger car park as the car park is tiny !! I haven't marked it down further because i found the staff and food really great !!!

5 recepcionistas na recepção, mas demoramos meia hora para pegar a chave. Jantar obrigatório às 19h, e tivemos que escolher os pratos na recepção, onde nos venderam a salada césar como prato vegetariano... Quarto no segundo andar, sem elevador e muito mal conservado ...

5 de 6 torneiras de cerveja não estão disponíveis. Chuveiro difícil de operar. Fomos dar uma volta por Perth muito antes do horário do check-out, voltamos para encontrar o quarto despojado e nossa bolsa restante levada para a recepção. O positivo foi a situação central com estacionamento gratuito. Cama era confortável.

5 out of 6 beer taps not available. Shower difficult to operate. We went for a walk around Perth long before check out time, returned to find the room stripped and our remaining bag taken to reception. The positive was central situation with free parking. Bed was comfortable.

Edificación bonita, antiguo molino de agua ubicada a 5 minutos del centro de Perth. Parking delante del establecimiento de pequeña capacidad. En la calle de detrás hay otro parking de más capacidad. Instalaciones en buen estado, bien conservadas y limpias. El hall de entrada conserva la historia del molino. Personal muy amable que hace por entenderte y por hacerse entender con el tema idioma. Incluso hay una trabajadora en recepción de habla hispana. Comida del restaurante con buena presentación, cantidad y buen sabor por precio razonable siendo Escocía. El desayuno/self-service típico escocés.
