“Not so good hotel experience. They assigned me a room that was actually occupied by another guest. I walked in on another guest. No apologies (maybe due to language barrier) offered. Had to pay for an upgrade. Ignorant security guard who prevented me from entry even after telling him I am a guest. Rooms are dirty, not the best imo. Shocking how it's a '4 star'.”
