“Basic hotel with excellent location, close to the Grand Plaza Shopping de Santo André, Celso Daniel Park and shopping street. Only. There is no employee at check in, there is no employee at breakfast, there is no food at breakfast because there are no employees, the replacement takes a long time. To go up to your room by elevator, you need the entrance key which is a card. Modern if it worked, you almost always have to go to reception and change the card. WiFi worked well, room with closed window and internally regulated air conditioning. Parking is paid. But the cost benefit is low and overall I recommend it.”

“I booked a breakfast with a friend on Sunday, we were super well attended by Leticia at the reception, excellent service from her, super helpful.
About the coffee, I expect more, it's really simple, cost-effective, the cake was very dry, service in the lounge of the waitresses not very good (grumpy), could improve.
After the coffee was over, we stayed outside the hotel at tables and were approached by a “rascal” and there was no security at the hotel door, I think it's valid to have one, the hotel is very exposed, without any security.
Could improve more varieties for breakfast, they are still following COVID protocol, gloves, alcohol, I think it's super valid.”
