“Hotel onde não tem estacionamento. Você precisa andar toda Itália pra conseguir uma vaga. Infelizmente o pecado do hotel está nisso. E outro ponto, em todos os hotéis que fui NH na Itália, todos os elevadores tem problemas, nesse hotel em Bergamo, precisa de uma renovação nos quartos, mais iluminação, e precisa de mais empregados na área de limpeza, só vi dois lá, e outro tivemos problemas com card pra entrar no quarto, tivemos que colocar umas 3 vezes.”

“Easy walking from the station to hotel. In general very clean. Room size is proper, good for sleep. Near many bus stops. Breakfast was decent. The detox juice is offered, which is pretty nice.”
