“Well-situated (near Budejovicka metro station), friendly and helpful staff (don't speak Czech very well), comfortable modern rooms and tasty breakfast.When I arrived at the hotel, I was "welcomed" with mess (dirty dishes) in front of my room. After I left the hotel, I've been charged for a small amount (I didn't use the mini bar and any other services). I've asked for further information about this charge, after 2 weeks with no response from the hotel.This was my second stay here and probably the last one. I do not recommend Hotel Occidental Prague.”

“Elevator can stuck without any reasons. Beds are too soft. Breakfast is nice but it's the same every day. During first check-in you getting complimentary voucher.”
