Excellent customer service . We had an issue with the incorrect dates getting reserved for an upcoming stay. The reversed the charges and personally managed our situation at customer / guest services. We come and stay every year and will continue to do so. They best way to enjoy a Braves game weekend

Excellent stay. World class. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Great views of the Braves stadium and The Battery. Nice bar area with a good menu until 11:00 pm. Breakfast served in the dining room. Or served in your room before a nice Sunday morning get away.

Acabamos de voltar de um fim de semana prolongado neste Omni e, no geral, adoramos! Viajamos com 3 crianças pequenas e os quartos eram muito grandes para a nossa família, muito limpos, e eles nos ofereceram um bom pacote n jogar para o nosso menor. Há muito o que fazer e comer a poucos passos das portas do hotel. A vista da piscina é incrível, e fomos capazes de pegar algumas entradas de um jogo de Braves e fogos de artifício do deck da piscina - muito legal e recomendo! Minhas únicas reclamações: o estacionamento com manobrista (que é sua única opção, sem auto-estacionamento) era caro e HORRÍVEL - ficamos por 15 a 25 minutos esperando nosso carro em todas as ocasiões, com 3 crianças impacientes e sem opção de ligue para o nosso carro com antecedência. A arrumação esqueceu de esvaziar nosso lixo por 2 dias, nunca removeu uma caixa de pizza da noite 1 e nunca reabasteceu nossas garrafas de água. Tenho certeza de que eles ainda estão recuperando as coisas após o COVID, mas havia apenas algumas coisas que pareciam abaixo dos padrões de serviço Omni que conhecemos e amamos e esperamos, especialmente quando viajamos com crianças pequenas. Não hesitaríamos em voltar e esperamos que alguns dos inconvenientes sejam melhorados ao longo do tempo!

We just got back from a long weekend at this Omni and overall we loved it! We traveled with 3 little kids and the rooms were plenty big for our family, very clean, and they offered us a nice pack n play for our littlest. There is so much to do and eat within steps of the hotel doors. The pool view is awesome, and we were able to catch a few innings of a Braves game and fireworks from the pool deck - very cool, and highly recommend! My only complaints: the valet parking (which is your only option, no self-parking) was expensive and AWFUL - we stood around for 15-25 minutes waiting for our car on every occasion, with 3 impatient children, and with no option to call down for our car ahead of time. Housekeeping forgot to empty our trash for 2 days, never removed a pizza box from night 1, and never replenished our bottles of water. I’m sure they’re still getting things back up to par on the heels of COVID but there were just some things that felt below the Omni service standards we have come to know and love and expect especially when traveling with small children. We would not hesitate to return, and hope that some of the inconveniences will be improved on over time!

Se eu pudesse deixar mais de 5 estrelas eu faria. Este hotel foi absolutamente maravilhoso! A localização era central para muitas atividades, restaurantes e bares, mas o que tornou a estadia realmente ótima foi a equipe. O gerente da noite, Alex, foi absolutamente incrível. Fiz o check-in e tive um problema com minha conta, então fui falar com Alex. Ela me ajudou IMENSAMENTE. Eu nunca experimentei um serviço ao cliente tão maravilhoso. A forma como ela cuidou de mim fez da minha estadia uma das melhores experiências de hotel que já tive. Com certeza ficarei aqui na próxima vez que estiver em Atlanta!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was central to many activities, dining, and bars, but the thing that made the stay truly great was the staff. The night manager, Alex, was absolutely incredible. I checked in and then had an issue with my bill, so I went to talk with Alex. She helped me IMMENSELY. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. The way in which she took care of me made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Atlanta!

Minha família precisava de uma fuga rápida. Ficamos em 4 hotéis Omni diferentes. Nós apreciamos cada hotel, no entanto; Omni Battery foi de longe a maior experiência!!Os associados atuam em excelência, desde os manobristas, até a recepção Mari, Alex e Omar foram INCRÍVEIS!!!! A equipe de Prevenção de Perdas também foi excepcional. Tracy, Desmond e Charles nos ajudaram no check-in e check-out.Jantamos ao ar livre na Bateria. Mas a nossa estadia foi 2º a Nenhum!!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa de 2 noites. Cada membro da equipe que encontramos foi amigável, útil e qualificada. A propriedade e os quartos eram limpos e bem mobiliados. Aproveitei o uso do site para personalizar meu quarto e recebi travesseiros de espuma com memória e o kit de ginástica para o quarto que eram muito bons. Você não consegue superar a localização estar bem no distrito de bateria. Esta é a 2ª vez que ficamos e certamente voltaremos!

My family needed a quick getaway. We've stayed at 4 different Omni Hotels. We enjoyed every hotel, however; Omni Battery was by far the greatest experience!!The associates operate in excellence, from the valet attendants, to the front desk Mari, Alex, and Omar were AMAAAZING!!!! The Loss Prevention team were exceptional as well. Tracy, Desmond, and Charles assisted us at check in and check out.We ate dinner outside in the Battery. But our stay was 2nd to None!!

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The property and rooms were clean and well furnished. I took advantage of using the website to customized my room and received memory foam pillows and the fitness kit for the room which were really nice. You can't beat the location being right in the battery district. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and will certainly be back!

Fiz uma reserva no The Omni Hotel at the Battery através do Booking.com e como o pedido estava sendo processado, ele expirou, o que não é atípico para sites fazerem. No entanto, quando atualizado, ele definiu a data de volta para "hoje" sem que eu percebesse. Assim que percebi o erro, talvez 2 minutos após o processamento da transação, entrei em contato com o hotel e o booking.com para um cancelamento e reembolso. Ambos apontaram para o outro para aprovação, mas nenhum deles cancelou a reserva nem reembolsaram meu dinheiro. Ainda estou tentando obter respostas, mas o Omni Hotel e a bateria não responderam até agora (isso aconteceu no domingo) e ainda estou cobrando US $ 400 por um quarto de hotel vazio. Embora tenha sido um erro bobo da minha parte, espero que eles entendam que isso pode acontecer com qualquer pessoa e, para manter futuros clientes, façam a coisa certa e me reembolsem o dinheiro ou até mesmo o apliquem em uma estadia futura.

FALSA COBRANÇA. Foi cobrado $ 270 3 dias após o check-out, sem e-mail, sem telefonema nada. Liguei para a recepção para perguntar e me disseram nervosamente que um gerente voltaria comigo. Fiquei 2 SEMANAS sem ouvir nada. Finalmente me disseram que era um "colchão danificado", pedi uma prova de foto e eles me enviaram um colchão profundamente cortado que parecia que uma motosserra foi levada para ele. Eu disse a eles que não fazíamos isso e na foto você pode ver claramente que a capa do colchão estava perfeitamente bem, assim como os lençóis. Portanto, eles não podem limpar a capa do colchão após cada estadia, não tenho certeza. Já mandei um e-mail para a gerência algumas vezes sem resposta sobre minha preocupação com isso. Provavelmente serão mais 2 semanas antes de eu receber outro e-mail que não ajuda. Reservamos o pacote de véspera de ano novo que saiu em cerca de US $ 1450 para o quarto, esclarecemos que era um bar aberto e nos disseram que era. O bar aberto incluía apenas 3 tipos básicos de cerveja e um coquetel e um vinho. Se você quisesse uma opção diferente, teria que pagar o preço total.

Es un hotel muy nuevo, las habitaciones son espaciosas con vista al estadio, algunas. Está diseñado para conferencias y la comida y atención son buenas. Tiene acceso directo a las tiendas en The Battery. El precio es caro aún cuando no hay partido de baseball.

I booked at stay with The Omni Hotel at the Battery through Booking.com and as the order was processing, it timed out, which is not atypical for websites to do.However, when it refreshed, it set the date back to "today" without my noticing.As soon as I realized the error, maybe 2 minutes after the transaction processed, I contacted both the hotel and booking.com for a cancellation and refund.They both pointed at the other for approval but neither one ever cancelled the reservation nor did they refund my money.I am still trying to get answers but the Omni Hotel and the Battery has been unresponsive thus far (this happened on Sunday) and I am still being charged $400 for an empty hotel room.While it was a silly mistake on my part, I would hope that they understand that this can happen to anyone and for the sake of keeping future clients, do the right thing and refund the money to me or even apply it to a future stay.

FAKE CHARGE. Got charged $270 3 days after we checked out, no email, no phone call nothing. Called the desk to ask and was told nervously that a manager would get back with me. Went 2 WEEKS without hearing anything. Was finally told it was a "damaged mattress" I asked for picture proof and they sent me a deeply cut mattress that looked like a chainsaw was taken to it. I told them we did not do that and in the photo you can clearly see the mattress cover was perfectly fine as well as the sheets. So they may not clean the mattress cover after every stay I am not sure. Have emailed management a few times now with no response about my concern for this. It will probably be another 2 weeks before I get another email that doesn't help. Booked the new years eve package which came out to about $1450 for the room, we clarified that it was an open bar and was told it was. The open bar only included basic 3 kinds of beer and one cocktail and a wine. If you wanted a different option you had to pay full price.

Eu amo este hotel, tive minha festa de aniversário lá a equipe o gerente, então tudo estava no ponto eles atendem a todas as necessidades Eles foram acima e além! Todo o lugar era perfeito. Quarto era muito grande em comparação com outros hotéis. Atualizado e muito limpo. Toda a equipe foi incrível. Do manobrista, recepção, arrumação foram todos muito profissionais e prestativos. Eu visitei durante um período muito movimentado (World Series) e eles lidaram com isso perfeitamente. Não há tempo de espera para nada. Muito obrigado pela estadia maravilhosa.

The whole place was perfect. Room was very large compare to other hotels. Updated and very clean. All the staff was amazing. From the valet, front desk, to housekeeping they were all very professional and helpful. I visited during a very busy time (World Series) and they handled it perfectly. No wait time on anything. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.
