“Absolutely awful! Eve Marie at the desk overnight has NO business working customer service. She was rude, argumentative, and when we asked for a manager she refused to call them. We were charged for a room we didn’t even get to stay in because she couldn’t get a piece of paper to print for us to sign. I’m a reasonable person all I ask is that you communicate with me. She however wanted nothing more than to argue with me and my boyfriend so she could go back to watching Netflix (which she did before we ever got settled) absolutely awful experience and awful staff. DO NOT STAY HERE they DO NOT deserve your business and you’ll likely be charged for a room you can’t even stay in.”

“Only no coffee in rooms would be my only issue. There is coffee in lobby in the morning. I brought a coffee maker with me. Did not get disturbed by neighbors. Comfortable beds. Helpful clerk in the evening very friendly.”
