“I will say that is an excellent 3 star not 4, cleanliness is on point, really friendly staff and amazing room but for a 4 star I will expect something more as location or arrival pack for guest that include just toiletries and towels.
They have a bar on site that is really good but close really early around 22.30 night.
Position is ok, you need to have a car or walk to the tube station for around 8 minutes and different stops to go to the center, they have facilities like spa and gym, restaurant that is extremely expensive..
Overall was a great stay I think is more suitable for business meetings and a relax stay without many plans to see the city center”

“The hotel was well located, a short walk to the tube station. Quite area, good for families with children as the apartments had kitchen and separate living room. A nice street marked right outside the hotel on Wednesday’s. However, the apartment building C had a smell (closed air/mouldy smell) these flats needs to be properly aired. Also the kitchen was dirty when we arrived. Needs a deep cleaning of the flats. Our clothes and luggage smelled for days due to the strong smell in the flat. Not ideal.”
