Location Toilet only flushed 75% of time. Every time someone in the room above us showered, water came pouring through the ceiling. The hotel seemed to know about this problem and the solution was to have someone come in to mop it up with towels.

Great staff, clean rooms. Terrible climate control in the room. They have some type of energy saving thermostat that turns the unit off while your sleeping. I woke up 3 times every two hours to turn the unit back on. This was not a fluke. This was my second stay.

Excellent location within walking distance of all things downtown. Valet was nice, but would have liked knowing ahead of time that parking is not included in price. The maid woke us up at 8:30 by LOUDLY trying to get into our room. I don't know if she knocked first, but we were awoken by someone opening our door pretty violently. Thankfully, we had the latch on it so she wasn't able to get in. Bad way to wake up!

The hotel waiters were very friendly and nice for breakfast every morning. Close walking to downtown attractions. Have to use bellhop to unload unless you want to haul everything. No carts to borrow.

Overall the stay was good, the only reason for lower marks was the total lack of baggage carts. Not enough baggage carts in the lobby. I have an infant and could only carry so many bags.

Great place ! Very professional staff and good food. Location, Cleanliness, Could not connect to internet with my wi-fi hot spot. There was no hot water on the morning we were checking out, but the staff took care of it very quickly !

This looks like a brand new Best Western, modern decor and very neat and tidy. The only problem I had was I couldn't get internet in my room. There was obviously a problem as when I went to the desk to report it the desk clerk was on the phone with someone trying to get it fixed, but for whatever reason, it did not get fixed that night. You could use internet in the lobby but not in your room. New and clean Rooms are a little smaller than previous Best Westerns I've stayed at, and I stay at best westerns a lot because of my

Nice location and very clean The AC keep coming on an off all night which made it very difficult to sleep. You were either too hot or too cold, setting wasnt working very well. Loved the location.
