Since I booked with orbitz did not want to give me the room that I chose took three different room check ins back-and-forth to get the room I contracted for very rude told me I should’ve booked direct direct!! Had to threaten to cancel & contact Orbitz!!

Estou dando 3 estrelas porque as pessoas que trabalham aqui são muito legais e prestativas. Os quartos estão ok. Eu acho que eles deveriam atualizar seus colchões e TVs. A piscina é pequena e eles realmente não cumprem a regra da pulseira (você as pega no check-in e é informado que você precisa usá-las para acessar a piscina) tantas pessoas sem pulseiras! Também não há chuveiros ao lado da piscina que percebi quando 5 crianças (sem pulseiras) vieram da quadra de basquete para se refrescar na piscina. Tome banho primeiro 😝

I'm giving 3 stars because the people working here are really nice and helpful. The rooms are ok. I think they should upgrade their mattresses and TV's. The pool is small and they don't really enforce the wristband rule (you get them at check-in and are told you need to wear them to access the pool) so many people without wristbands! Also no showers poolside which I noticed when 5 kids (without wristbands) came from the basketball court to cool off in the pool. Shower first 😝

Love it here! Very comfy and spacious room. Little expensive but you get what you pay for. I don't mind the prices plus if your a member you get special deals! Try it out you won't regret it.

Não é uma boa experiência. Quarto cheirava a fumaça velha, banheiro era nojento, sofá-cama colchão velho e manchado. Só tinha 1 panela na cozinha. E isso foi depois que trocamos de quarto. O carpete no primeiro quarto estava encharcado (não sei por quê). Melhor evitar.

O check-in foi uma brisa. James @ a recepção foi muito cortês e profissional. Eu reservei uma suíte estúdio por uma noite para nós 4 (marido e eu e 2 filhos) e um cachorro. O quarto era limpo e de tamanho grande. Tinha uma quitinete com utensílios, pratos e copos, refrigerador convencional. Nenhum ruído no corredor, muita área de grama para passear com o cachorro, ótimos restaurantes nas proximidades. Sem queixas. Definitivamente, eu recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.

Not a good experience. Room smelled like old smoke, toilet was gross, sofa bed mattress old and stained. Only had 1 pot in kitchen. And this was after we changed rooms. The carpeting in the 1st room was soaking wet (dont know why). Best to avoid.

Check in was breeze. James @ the front desk was very courteous and professional. I reserved a studio suite for one night for the 4 of us (hubby and I and 2 kids) and one puppy. The room was clean and great size. It had a kitchenette with utensils, plates and glassware, full size fridge. No noise in the hallway , plenty of grass area to walk the dog, great restaurants nearby. No complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let me tell you about this place. INCREDIBLE!!! Just had my wedding with a bunch of people flying in from all over the country. The staff was so accommodating. They worked with us to group all of our guest together, the rooms were ready on time, and the staff made all of our friends feel at home.
